Perhaps this morning we might together reiterate a question which is asked of all of us: Why are we here present in the Chapel now? We designate this as a service, so we might answer: We are here to serve. How? We are assembled collectively to provide a facility, composed of our several hearts and minds, to receive heaven. In order for this to happen our hearts and our minds must properly be prepared to receive heaven.


We come into the Chapel week by week. Individually during the week we have had opportunity to prepare for what is rightly to occur collectively at the time of service. Particularly in times past I think this process has tended to be reversed. Perhaps we receive a spiritual boost during service which is supposed to last for the rest of the week; but on this basis the boost tends to peter out by the end of the week, so another boost is required. This is really not at all why we are present in the Chapel for service. Clearly, to receive a boost of some kind would place us in the position of having to be acted upon by some force, a spiritual force we trust, so as to get us rolling until friction brings us to a halt. On this basis no responsibility is being taken at all for allowing what should be brought forth in our living to increase. We really do need to recognize that our individual living during the week is a preparation for what is to occur collectively in a service.


We all have opportunity during the week to handle our circumstances, our relationships with one another and with others, in the power of the spirit which we have come to know, so that when we do assemble we might be with one accord in one place because we have been preparing for this day by day. If this is done, then by the end of the week there has been an increase in our experience of the accommodation of heaven, so that when we come together there might be a unified facility for the accommodation and the release of heaven during a service when we are specifically, in this collective sense, serving. The way I have described it now allows for an expanding experience week by week rather than a repetitive state of affairs where week by week we find ourselves again at square one. We know that this doesn’t really happen as it used to do in days past, because increasing responsibility is being taken individually for what occurs day by day during the week, during the month, during the year, and year by year.



We have a certain understanding that heaven has been absent from the earth and we ourselves have a responsibility for letting it be present. With heaven absent from the earth, as it has been, the world of human experience becomes smaller and smaller. This is seen in terms of means of communication in these days. It is indicated that the earth has become a very small place. We can travel anywhere in short order; or we don’t need to travel, we can stay home and communicate, after a fashion, with others most speedily. And it seems as though the earth has shrunk. This is looked upon as indicating progress but actually it simply reveals the absence of heaven, because the earth is a very minute speck of dust in a vast universe when heaven is absent; and human beings, imagining that they are making progress, are awakening to this fact. The earth becomes a very small place, a very crowded place, because it’s so small. The idea is that the human population has expanded considerably and therefore it’s very crowded. That may be part of it, but the rest of it is that the earth has shrunk. And so the earth without heaven is indeed totally insignificant when seen in the context of the universal whole. This is not a true picture, because the balancing aspect of the earth has been excluded, the heaven has been absent.


Human beings are responsible for the state of the world. This is easy to recognize in a collective sense, but each individual is inclined to imagine that it is not his or her fault that it is the way it is, and yet it is evidently the result of the content of the human hearts and minds of all individuals put together. And the result, the worldly state, is not very pleasing, to say the least. There may be pockets of pleasingness here and there, perhaps to some extent in our own immediate vicinity, although I note there is still some question in that regard in some minds and hearts. But what is present in the earthly sense is consequent upon what is present in human beings, ourselves included.


This corruption and violence which is observable in the world is not an extraneous condition that has somehow put in an appearance for no reason. It is present because of the corruption and the violence in human hearts and minds. If corruption and violence are present in human hearts and minds—and this seems to be obvious seeing that the world is full of it—then heaven clearly is being excluded, because human hearts and minds are full of other stuff, describable perhaps in terms of corruption and violence. We have noted these things and have, in some measure at least, acknowledged the corruption and violence that has been present in our own hearts and minds as individuals. This is the only way it can be dealt with. The foolishness of trying to deal with the corruption and the violence in the world after it has appeared in the world should be obvious to any intelligent person. It doesn’t seem that there are too many intelligent people on earth. What needs to be dealt with is the corruption in individual human minds and hearts. And when that is said, most people think of someone else’s mind and heart. How are we going to deal with the corruption and the violence in the hearts and minds of those terrorists out there? Well, the answer to that is, you’re not. Very simple. The question is: How is the corruption and violence to be handled in one’s own heart and mind? And we know that it has been there.


There has been the necessity then of recognizing that this state of affairs has been present in oneself, in order that one might come to the point of being willing to relinquish it. It has never been suggested that we should try to make it over into something else. If it is corrupt and violent, well that is the way it is. You can’t make it over into something else—that is what it is. The only thing to do is to relinquish it altogether. Let it go. But one will not do this unless one recognizes that it is present, admits that it is present, and exhibits a willingness to let it go. This process, which is essential to make space for heaven, has been looked upon by some as maintaining an interest in negativity. Of course, negativity in this sense is intended to mean that one is saying no to the truth, and therefore if you look at the things which cause one to say no to the truth, one will be involved in destructiveness. But until one is willing to admit that these things have been and are present still to some degree, there is no basis for letting go of them. We remain identified, fooling ourselves that it isn’t so.


It seems to some that it would be very nice to think only of beautiful things, lovely things. In fact a suggestion was made along these lines: Think on the things that are of good report. Okay, you can think on those things, but there must be a recognition of the fact that there is a lot of evil report around in one’s own attitude, in one’s own heart and mind. If one doesn’t recognize that, acknowledge it and repent, it will not depart. In fact it is the very attitude of recognizing it as being present that indicates that it is in the process of departing, because as long as one refuses to recognize it, acknowledge it, one is identified with it. But the very moment one begins to see, yes it is there, then it is in the process of being separated from one’s own point of observation; it is in the process of passing away. So there is nothing wrong with recognizing it; in fact it is absolutely essential to the process of passing. It passes away in order to make space for heaven. That is what we are gathered here in service to allow to happen on a unified basis.


We have been living our individual lives during the week, relinquishing these things—recognizing them, then relinquishing them. We recognize them, let them go, in preparation for the time when we come together collectively, with hearts at least somewhat purified and minds somewhat yielded to the unified movement of the spirit, so that we may stop blocking heaven from coming into the earth. That is what has been happening. It isn’t as though: “Well now we’re going to be positive and we’re going to bring heaven into the earth.” Human beings can’t do that. That is what they have been trying to do in their rather ridiculous ways for a long time, to try to force the earth to be heaven without letting heaven come into the earth.



As has been suggested, heaven is not at all reluctant about coming into the earth, but if what is present in human minds and hearts constitutes a barrier to that coming, it can’t get into the earth. It does exert a certain amount of pressure against the barrier, so that the barrier ultimately either acknowledges that it is a barrier and is willing to pass away, or refuses to do that and gets pushed out of the way, in which case there is no one present anymore to experience the heaven. The barrier doesn’t experience the heaven except as a pressure to change. If there is a refusal to change because there is a refusal to acknowledge that the barrier is there, then the barrier just simply gets pushed out of the way. We know these principles but it doesn’t do any harm to acknowledge that we know them, and that what is required is that individually in our lives during the week we allow these barriers to dissolve so that we do not cling to prior attitudes, opinions, views, etc.


Making space for heaven, heaven delightedly rushes into the space. It has been a tremendous struggle for human beings to keep it out. We all have experience of the effort, the sweat of the brow, that is required to keep heaven out. Usually human beings don’t look upon it that way; they don’t see that that is what they are doing. But it must be what they are doing; otherwise heaven would be here. Is heaven, the joy, the beauty, the wonder of heaven, consistently known in our own experience as individuals? Is it the fact that we have nothing more to complain about? If we still have something to complain about, something to resent perhaps, something to be fearful of, obviously there is some sort of barrier still present, preventing heaven from rushing in. How tiring this business of trying to keep heaven out is. Fundamentally we have defined it as the usual human attempt to get one’s own way, to do what one thinks one wants to do; and most people are looking around for others to encourage them in this way.


Sometimes there are those who have destructive habits which they themselves recognize. I suppose one can define such habits in various ways. The basic change that is required is not undertaken. It is just something that the individual wants for him- or herself, and the reason why they want it is for themselves. Until a person reaches a point where there is a willingness to come out of this human trap, acknowledging all these things which keep them in the trap and letting go of them because there is a love for the truth, there is no answer. One can try this technique and that technique for doing the things one wants to do, and one may be seemingly successful this way or that way. Most people are not successful, even seemingly. They get rid of one trouble and they find they have another, because they are just going around in a circle. One needs to come out of it, and that requires relinquishing these things.


If it is necessary to speak about the things which need to be relinquished, that is part of the process. I know for myself it would be simply wonderful if one never had to refer to those things again. But as long as one maintains some sort of identity with them, they have to be recognized, acknowledged and relinquished if there is to be movement in the process by which heaven is brought into the earth. When heaven is brought into the earth, the earth becomes an immense place filled with substance. What that would mean is not presently comprehensible because heaven is not brought into the earth. The only way it could be discovered as to what that state of affairs would be is to let heaven come into the earth. And it is man who has the responsibility, the opportunity, the privilege of allowing this to be so. Heaven cannot get into the earth without man. This is clearly demonstrated by the fact that what is present in human beings has formed a barrier which utterly prevented the heaven getting into the earth. So we have an increasing state of hell, which merely is the absence of heaven; and the earth shrinks, shrinks, shrinks. Very often as people get older they shrink, shrink, shrink. This is nicely explained by saying, “Oh well, ascension is going on.” Maybe, maybe. I suppose it could be said that ascension is going on insofar as the earth is concerned, then, seeing it is shrinking so in its old age. And perhaps that is part of the picture, but what is going to be left? Just a little cinder?


So week by week we assemble in the Chapel, having diligently prepared during the week as individuals in our individual dealings with each other and with our circumstances, relinquishing those elements of barrier which arise in our experience as they arise, so that we may be clean and pure—clean hands and pure hearts—by the time we come together for unified service. We each bring clean minds and hearts for that purpose. These can easily be blended together by the spirit that moves through them, and heaven may be brought into the earth. We don’t judge by the appearance, which is what virtually everybody does do. They look at the circumstance and, “Ah, heaven isn’t here.” But looking at that circumstance one is looking through one’s own heart and mind. Is heaven in one’s own heart and mind? That is the only question, really. When it is, then you can see; but until it is, anything that is observed is observed through the state of one’s own heart and mind. We know that.



We have some windows in the Chapel to let in a little light. What can you see through that window? Well, there is some light out there. It must be daytime. That is about all, isn’t it? We could have the glass cleared up a little bit, smoothed out, however; but I think the glass of our own hearts and minds is very mottled still, colored. The glass is not very clear. It’s probably wavy too, ups and downs, you know, moods. Everybody in the human state has moods. They excuse themselves for their moods: “Please excuse my nastiness.” Why? It is inexcusable. So judge not by the appearance. Don’t try to figure things out by looking through the glass.


Accept the state of heaven because the barriers are relinquished from within oneself; one diligently lets them be relinquished moment by moment by moment. Then everything begins to clarify and one sees things differently; but one doesn’t see things clearly yet, therefore how futile are all these views and opinions. We know how futile that is, because they clash with someone else’s views and opinions. None of them mean anything. There is no awareness in clarity of what is actually present, just judgments. “Well it looks this way to me, and because it looks this way to me, that’s my opinion!” Well perhaps we are not so vehement anymore in this sort of way, but back in there there is, “Ah, I must keep my view of things.” Did that ever occur to you as being something of your own character? “I know I’m right. I have been looking at that circumstance, I have been looking at that person for years”—through a dirty glass. And with what judgment ye judge ye shall be judged. That is the fact of the matter. Let it all be clear and there is no need for judgment, no inclination to judge. That is the way it is and it is exactly the way it should be because the Law works. On the basis of all the factors in the picture everything is the way it should be. What is the point of judging it then? We may not like it, but that is a human view and a human opinion, isn’t it? Likes and dislikes are just that: “It doesn’t suit me.” Well who are you? Are you someone whom the universe is concerned to suit? How ridiculous!


Let us allow this stuff which has been maintained to be relinquished because we do it moment by moment by moment as individuals during the week, as we are looking at it now. We are not going to run out of weeks! We keep on doing it, and it brings us together on a Sunday morning, for instance, as we are here now, that, having carefully prepared during the week, we are ready to let the unification, the heaven, be the experience—the unified state. And because the heaven is present in our consciousness it is present everywhere on earth, not recognized everywhere on earth by human beings who have all these barriers up—of course not—but it is there. And because it is there and creative action is the characteristic of heaven, all the rubbish is being cleared away. We know that is so because we are letting it happen in our own experience. We don’t know that it is so, and it doesn’t seem to be so, if we are not letting it happen in our own experience. We look out in the world: “Terrible, isn’t it!” But let it happen in oneself.


Man was created to let heaven blend with the earth, and he does that by letting it blend in himself. If it doesn’t blend in me, it doesn’t blend in my world; and each one can say that. And if you don’t see heaven emerging in your world you know why. It isn’t emerging in you, that is all. Let us let it emerge as individuals because we have the opportunity, because everything is provided, everything is brought to us. To this end we came into the world. And individually moment by moment during the week things are brought, things are brought which need to be relinquished, cleared out of the way so that there is space for heaven. As soon as they are relinquished, there heaven is immediately. It is not coming from some far-distant star and taking millions of light years to get here. It is present now, waiting to come forth when the barriers are out of the way.


There is only one person who can relinquish the barriers and that is oneself. No one else can do it. You can’t do it for anybody else either. I can’t do it for anybody. I can let it happen in me perhaps, but you can let it happen in you. I am merely drawing to your attention that this is the way it works. As they say, you can lead a horse to water but you can’t make him drink. I know that saying is true! But one can lead oneself to water and drink, but how few are willing to do that. They want to have their own way. They want to go here, they want to go there, they want to do the other thing, all for the Lord in these days, for Emissaries. I say, nonsense. Do something here first, exactly where you are! It is the only place you can do it.


We rejoice in the opportunity of preparation during the week, that we may come to this time, these sacred moments when the unification in heaven may be the experience because we have done what we need to do day by day, hour by hour, minute by minute, moment by moment, during the week. Then what a wonder is known because heaven is known, and there is a wonder in heaven. We begin to discover what that wonder is. And when all the rubbish is out we can consider heavenly things because there is space to consider them. We can’t consider them otherwise. Some will say: “Oh let’s think about heavenly things.” How would you know what heavenly things are? Only when there is space, and heaven comes in, do we know. And as it comes in, we know and we begin to be in position to consider the creative action which occurs in heaven and how the dominion thereof may be set in the earth. But unless the heaven is present, how do we know that? We don’t. The mind may question and ask: “Well what are these things that need to be set in the earth now?” The mind doesn’t know, no idea; all it can have is evil imagination, until heaven is actually present because the space is clear and ready to receive. When there is a space of stillness, of quietness, to receive heaven, then heaven is present and the light shines.



Let the light shine. Let heaven be present. Let the evil imaginations of the thoughts of human hearts pass away. Let the corruption and the violence pass away in one’s own heart and mind, and behold there is a state of newness, the state of heaven. And the heaven blends with the earth, and the earth becomes an immense place with a destiny that is beyond the comprehension or imagination of petty human minds and hearts. Let it be so, that week by week there may be an expansion taking place, more room for heaven Sunday by Sunday by Sunday, as the pattern is now. It is not just a matter of Sunday by Sunday by Sunday; Monday by Monday by Monday, and so on; all the way through day by day there is the increase. The light shines. All things are made new.

Genesis Chapter 5, Verse 24 — “And Enoch walked with God: and he was not, for God took him.”


Genesis Chapter 6 Verses 8, 9, 22  — “But Noah found grace in the eyes of the LORD. These are the generations of Noah: Noah was a just man and perfect in his generations, and Noah walked with God… Thus did Noah; according to all that God commanded him, so did he.”


Second Kings Chapter 6, Verses 1, 11-13 — “And it came to pass, when the Lord would take up Elijah into heaven by a whirlwind, that Elijah went with Elisha from Gilgal… And it came to pass, as they still went on, and talked, that, behold, there appeared a chariot of fire, and horses of fire, and parted them both asunder; and Elijah went up by a whirlwind into heaven. And Elisha saw it, and he cried, My father, my father, the chariot of Israel, and the horsemen thereof. And he saw him no more and… He took up also the mantle of Elijah that fell from him”


Acts Chapter 1, Verses 9-11 — “And when he had spoken these things, while they beheld, he was taken up; and a cloud received him out of their sight. And while they looked stedfastly toward heaven as he went up, behold, two men stood by them in white apparel; Which also said, Ye men of Galilee, why stand ye gazing up into heaven? this same Jesus, which is taken up from you into heaven, shall so come in like manner as ye have seen him go into heaven.”


Uranda  July 27, 1946 — “I have spoken of the birth of the Body. In a sense it is the birth of the Body; in another sense it is simply the entrance of life into the Body while it still remains in the womb with respect to the events yet to come.”


Uranda  March 23, 1947 — “As the One Christ Body came into manifestation during the Summer Session, it is not strange that the Herod of the outer mind, manifesting in certain ones, has sought to destroy it and to declare that it was dead… and just as Herod deluded himself so is that idea a delusion today, for that Christ Body is not dead, but very much alive, and it is growing in the strength of our God and under His blessing. Just as there were those in that day who questioned the birth, and the manner of birth, by which our Master came into the world, just so has it been today with respect to the birth of the Christ Body on earth—but that Body is a reality, in which we rejoice and praise God.”


Uranda  May 14, 1949 — This Body, the Body of the Living Christ, is a real Body, having its parts and members. I have mentioned specifically the seven seals, the seven endocrine glands of the body. They are vitally important to the health and growth of the body, but the body is more than its glands. If the seven seals are opened there is opportunity for the fulness of illumination throughout the Whole Body… The only way the seven seals can be opened is through the Spirit of the Living Christ. In this Body, the seals, or glands, have been established in their places and to whatever degree may be now necessary they have been opened—not that all the seven seals had to be opened by this time in any one individual, but in the One Christ Body they have been opened, and that has meaning for those who let go. That does not mean that the human minds of all of you have to understand all there is to know about the seven seals, or that you have to know who carries the focalizations of the seven seals, or any such thing. You do not need to know… When it is realized that this work of creating the One Christ body is a delicate operation, and all the parts have to be coordinated and in their places and function according to their particular calling, it will be seen that what we have done and are doing has vital meaning… This mention of the Christ Body is not merely an allegorical illustration, a symbol. It is a Body. It is being built with precision, with exactness, to be a living thing. And that work of creation can go forward no faster than the responsiveness of the substance of the Body permits. Yes, the One Christ Body is a reality, and it is a Body in fact, here and now.



Martin Cecil 1977— “There are larger forms present than the individual body. The form of this ministry is composed of many human bodies. In order to make plain the point it might be said that there is an Archangel incarnate in the Collective Body, and all the angels who are present in human form in that Body are the differentiations of the Spirit of the Archangel, which permeates the whole Collective Body. Human beings tend to think of the angel as being somehow isolated. There tends to be the idea that the whole exercise is to do what is necessary so that the individual may experience the expression of the angel, and when the expression of the angel is there then the individual can do all the things that are necessary. But when the expression of the angel is there it is found to be an expression included in the Body of the Archangel… As to the identity of the Archangel, we can see something from the standpoint of what has been portrayed in various ways in the Bible, considering Michael and His Angels fighting the dragon and his angels. This is something taking place in what was referred to as heaven. We begin to know what the actual experience is that is being portrayed. It is One Body, the Body of the Archangel. Every part of that Body is differentiated by reason of the presence of an angel who in turn is a differentiation of the Archangel… Oneness—here it is, no separation whatsoever. Looking at your physical body you may say there are separate parts, but it is one body. It is capable of doing things because it is one body. The same thing is true of this larger Body, the Body of the Archangel. We may recognize that there is something beyond that again, but we are concerned immediately with the manifestation of the Body of this Ministry, which is the Body of the Archangel.


“You may recall also the passage in the Book of Jude where there was the dispute over the body of Moses, between the devil and the Archangel Michael. Here is portrayed the reason for the incarnation of Michael in this Collective and Unified Body. He engages in this dispute, and the means that he uses to achieve what is needful is said to be rebuke. He didn’t enter into railing accusation against the devil but simply said, ‘The Lord rebuke thee.’ The Archangel is concerned about rebuking all that rises up to be rebuked in the consciousness of His Body, but the consciousness of His Body is composed of the human consciousness of each member of His Body. So the rebuke is being offered to whatever rises up in His Body, by the Archangel, through the angel—the angel is His agent in the matter. To the extent that you have a true consciousness of being the angel, then you are aware that you are incarnate in this part of the larger Body for the immediate purpose of obeying the command of the Archangel—and that command is: Rebuke what does not belong in consciousness… This Collective Body, the Body of the Archangel, is the One who comes in the Name of the LORD. The Archangel who provides the identity for the Collective Body is the One who comes in the Name of the Lord, offering the opportunity to people everywhere to assume the attitude, Blessed is he that cometh in the Name of the LORD. Everybody is not likely to assume that attitude, but the offer is there, the opportunity is present, when there is One who comes in the Name of the LORD.


“The One who comes in the Name of the LORD is the Archangel incarnate in this Collective Body. But the evidence of the Presence of the Archangel is made known as the evidence of the presence of the angel is revealed by reason of the individuals who compose the Body of the Archangel. This is the angel’s sole concern. He has no other reason for being present in form on earth… The Spirit of Truth relates to the Spirit of the Archangel, specifically the Archangel Michael who incarnates in this Collective Body. Incarnating in this Collective Body, He comes into position somewhere along the way to reprove the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment. He does this by reason of His Body—that is His only connection with the world—by reason of your bodies and by reason of the consciousness of your bodies… We are not separate. The angels are certainly not isolated from each other. They are all aspects of the Archangel, responsible for differentiating specific parts of the Archangelic Spirit. And the Whole Body is healthy on this basis—it is all in agreement. It is the Body of the Archangel. It belongs to Him. Our flesh belongs to the Archangel. Our consciousness belongs to Him too—and He reaches our consciousness through the angel which we are, to rebuke what needs to be rebuked.


“As we assume the responsibility individually, the rebuke is carried through the Whole Body so that the Archangel can come forth. There is a facility available which will accommodate the coming forth of the expression of His spirit… There is a joy and a delight to experience the natural release and expression of the Spirit of the Archangel in our own living. How could we be closer to the One who gives identity to this Body than that? And how indeed could we be closer to each other? The oneness is known in the expression of the Spirit of the Living God, according to our angelic responsibilities… As consciousness clears there begins to be a new awareness of the design of things. The angel has a keen awareness of the reason for incarnation on earth: to provide through the facility of body and mind what is necessary to permit the manifestation of a Collective Body through which the greater works may be done. We have lesser works to do as individuals, but the greater works are done by the Body as a Whole. Each angel in the Body is a differentiation of the Spirit of the Archangel. The various parts of the Body need to be functioning adequately in coordination. We need to see this in relationship to ourselves as parts of the Body which we compose. Every part has its place, but each person certainly does not see the whole of what it is that is happening. There is no necessity. We have to be adequately conscious of the creative field for which we are individually responsible. The things that are done in these creative fields are required for the well-being of the Body as a Whole. Regardless of the creative action that is necessary, we each need to be in place and moving easily and naturally with the current of the spirit of the Whole Body. We are willing to leave the Spirit contained in the overall Spirit of the Archangel. This is the way the Body is coordinated. We are blended into the Body by reason of the Spirit of the Body. We should not judge the cells in the Body as though they should all be the same…


“The individuals who compose that Body simply sustain the Body, allow it to be healthy, provide it with the essential cells that compose it, the essential fluids that move in it, and from time to time, according to the particular part, participate in direct action of some kind. We all participate in direct action, as we function as angels, by the rebuke that we offer to those things that arise in our own consciousness that should not be there. That direct action into the consciousness of mankind, with respect to which this larger Body of the Archangel is here to make possible, is the Ministry of the Archangel. As parts of this Body, in the dawning consciousness of the angel, we become aware, not only of the greatness of the task, but the greatness of the One who is present by which this task may be achieved, the incarnate Archangel.


“The only way by which the True Body appears on earth is based in the Focus of Spirit… We share this as differentiations of the Spirit of the Archangel… The greater works are done by this. Let it all come together and every seemingly insignificant aspect in that Body is found to be absolutely essential… It is through this Body, as it becomes an increasingly effective instrument, that the power of God appears in the achievement of His purposes of restoration. It is the business of the Archangel. Leave it in His hands and it will be done. But in leaving it in His hands we play our part, and we are content to play it. When this is so, there is a functioning Body, a Body of well-being. You have experience of what I am talking about. How could there be a greater privilege than to have been sent as angels to let all these things come to pass? We may move easily, letting the will of the Archangel be done in earth as it is in heaven.”



Martin Cecil December 21, 1980 — I'm sure you can see that there has been the conception of this Body of incarnation for the Archangel, and following conception has come the continuing development of that Body by the Spirit of the incarnating Archangel. He said, I go to prepare a place for you; in other words this was a matter of building a flesh body essential for the coming forth of the Archangel. The initial coming forth was simply at the point of conception, but the ultimate intent is that the Archangel should be revealed in expression on earth in all His Glory. Because the first point of initiation in this cycle has been looked upon as the coming of the Christ, then the idea would be that this coming forth now would be the second coming, but of course it's all the same thing. These are not separate events. The Archangel has been present over the last 1980 or so years and something has been happening because of that within the body of mankind… The coming forth of individual angels is related to the coming forth of the Archangel… His coming forth relates to people. There is a coordinated state of affairs here… Everything that is happening relates to what it is that is unfolding. But the experiences of people vary; we recognize the factor of human response in this whole affair. But there is the coming forth of the Archangel to occur. It is occurring in fact… We ourselves participate in allowing this new identity to be our experience and to be drawn more and more to a point of focus. Ultimately that point of focus is in fact the Archangel.


“If we look at this from the individual standpoint and the coming forth of the angel, we may recognize that there is a growing-up process through which we have all passed in the usual sense; but obviously more than that is needful, because human beings have grown up to adulthood, never having allowed the angel to come forth. Our concern is to allow the angel to come forth because he has a sufficiently mature facility for it to happen. So the angel comes forth as there is a means for that coming, and in the coming forth there is the increased intensity of the expression of the angelic spirit. This has been illustrated in terms of Fire, Shekinah, the Fire that Burns, the Light that Glows, the Cloud of Glory. This is to come forth, and in the coming forth there is the increased intensity or heat generated…


“So we have been concerned individually with this matter of our angelic coming forth into expression. This, in the collective sense, relates to the Archangelic coming forth through the Collective Body which He has built for His own incarnation… The coming forth of the Archangel is not an isolated occurrence. It is made possible by the coming forth of the angels individually within the scope of the flesh body which He has built and is still building… The conception of this creative cycle, which is now well on its way, occurred when Jesus was born on earth, and the One who incarnated in that individual body is still present and incarnate in the True Body which is forming and beginning to provide increased opportunity for His coming forth. What a wonder it is to know these things! Let the angels come forth, that indeed the Archangel may come forth. When the angels of God are incarnate and in expression on earth, here is a place of safety for the coming forth of the Archangel.”


Martin Exeter 1987 — There comes a time when it is not a matter any more of dealing with individuals as though they were not a part of One Body. There is no need to discuss anything with anyone relative to anything that is not included in the One Body, because it means utterly nothing to me… We have reached a point where what needs to be done must be done, and all the talk and discussion won’t ever get anything done. Being, in experience, part of this One Body allows for a very clear awareness of what it is that needs to be done. There is the One Spirit which moves through this One Body, and all those who compose that Body are capable of being moved by that One Spirit. There have been so many holdouts, haven’t there? ‘Well I want it to work the way I want it to work. I want to do what I want to do. I want to go where I want to go.’ But those who have had any association with this Body for any length of time know better. That’s not the way to go. It has no interest for me, because it is not part of what is required of the One Body.


“There is one answer, summarized in the words, Come home and stay home, going no more forth, so that the creative process has a Body on earth which is trustworthy: it will always be there. Now we can say ‘Hooray for the Body!’ But the Body is ME, each one individually, or there isn’t any. And that must be the attitude of each one. Otherwise one is pulled this way and that way by the son of perdition, and one has no part in the Body. The fact is that for myself, and I know for others as well, there is no reason whatsoever to be present on earth except to do what is necessary to permit this Body to act because it is the Body of the KING. It is His Body, and when we are a part of that Body we come into position to say, ‘It is My Body.’ It is not a second-hand body. So we share this tremendous opportunity, tremendous privilege, and tremendous responsibility…


“Finally there begins to emerge a Body, and that is all I have been interested in from the word ‘Go’. And there are those who have shared this interest with me. I thank God for all of them. But there are those who of course halt between two opinions, maybe not deliberately so—some deliberately so—but because the controls which operate through fear have not yet been faced and honestly seen. When one honestly sees what the human state has been, one is so revolted by it that one could not associate oneself with it anymore and retain the slightest degree of integrity. This is the fact of the matter. I am merely indicating what the fact is, and we can be exercised by the fact. I rejoice that there are those who are facing the facts and letting the creative process work.


“There is something new being experienced. Well we need to be right there. What is more important is that we need to stay right there, so that the KING has a Body He can depend on. It is His responsibility to act through that Body, not for us to develop any fancy schemes. We become aware of what the action rightly is as we participate in the creative process. It is not a spineless operation—but it becomes obvious what is needed, and we do it. It becomes so customary that we love it. We love to be, and we love to do what the fact of our being brings forth. We love that individually and it is consequently loved collectively. There is One Body. There is One Body which can be trusted… Let there be expanding life throughout the body of mankind, even though there may be a recognition of the fact that most human beings cannot stand expanding life. It behooves those who are aware of what it is that is happening to come into a position to accommodate expanding life, without being pushed out of the picture.


Martin Exeter 1987 — “It is vital that one should be aware of what is happening vibrationally. This is a vibrational ministry. Our concern is to abide in the Vibrational Ark. How capable are we of receiving intensification of spirit? Some have described that as fire falling from heaven. It is this that is of supreme importance. When we sense an intensification let’s pay attention to it so that we don’t get side-tracked by something else. We talk about apocalypse. Apocalypse merely means the passing of the first heaven and the first earth. That’s all it means—that all that has composed what would be referred to as civilization dissolves. That’s apocalypse. How it dissolves is unimportant. That it dissolves is important. It is very important that this should have dissolved in us, so that we are capable of receiving the fire falling from heaven. There is speculation about what the cataclysm is, what might be… We are not looking for descriptions in form of what is referred to as cataclysm. Maybe it’s not a cataclysm, in the usual human definition of the word. But now we come to apocalypse, which is the passing of the first heaven and the first earth—no more, no repeat—the passing of everything of human invention. This boggles the mind, but it doesn’t boggle the spirit. There is an actual passing going on now, but it is a long way from being complete. The passing comes because there is this focus of the fire present in human form on earth. We are responsible, and whenever there is an intensification in a vibrational sense, that is what is to be welcomed. What that intensification is going to do specifically in any given moment remains to be seen. Sometimes an intensification is interpreted as fear. Almost anything that human beings touch in feeling can be interpreted one way or another. It can be revealing of the emergence of the creative process, the intensity of the fire, and cause for the greatest thanksgiving. Interpreted as fear, there is the inclination to run for cover. The instruction is to stand still. “Be still, and know that I am present.” It is that presence that permits the fulfillment of the purpose for which we are present on earth. I am the intensity. The intensity may be allowed to build. ‘Be still, and know that I am present. I come in the Name of the King.’ The King’s Name is I AM. I am present. In that presence, the power of the Spirit of the King, the power of love, pours forth under control and within the design of truth. It is under control because what is experienced is known for what it is and is not misinterpreted. ‘Be still, and know that I am the King and I am present.’ Such a statement does not cause any of us to assume, as an individual, the position of the King, but it does allow the King to be present because I am present. There begins to be a sense of reverence and respect, love and humility, because we are in this moment in the presence of the King. All people are in the presence of the King, but the fact has been hidden. There is the mystery of God—but here it’s finished.”


Martin Cecil 1979 — World events are the magnified surface evidences of the spirit of God in action. Those who share the Voice of the Lord, speaking in His Name, are the spirit of God in action. As there are such who have assumed spiritual responsibility, the controlled fulfilment of the creative purposes of God in this world must come to pass. There was One who lived on earth many centuries ago who accepted this supreme spiritual responsibility of leadership on earth—Jesus. He opened a door for the restoration of man at some future time. He also made sure that human nature would receive the fulness of the results of its own action and it would be dissolved. We live in the day of its dissolution. Surface events in the world proclaim this movement—the dissolution of human nature is at hand; how closely at hand remains to be seen. No man knoweth the day or the hour, not even the angels of heaven. That fulfilment comes as there are those who speak the Word of the Lord on earth, who share this Voice. Even the Master Himself could not bring that fulfilment as one person. My concern has always been to find those who would share my Voice, who would speak with me, that the spirit of God might be adequately in action in the body and consciousness of mankind on earth. It is provided in this One Composite Body; and each member of that Body must know for him- or herself. The spiritual leadership of a single individual has long ago been rejected by the children of men; so that opportunity will not be repeated. The only way left is by reason of this Composite Body, the True Vine of which the Master spoke. The fruit of that True Vine is the spiritual action which brings forth what is to be brought forth throughout the body and the consciousness of mankind. It is now happening. The spiritual leadership and authority is present on earth. Do you think that there are those here present who are capable of acknowledging that authority, saying, I am the Voice.”



Anne Blaney 2024 — Admittedly, mankind no longer represents the True Vine, but it was created to be One Body containing the various attributes of a physical body… We have the crowning gland, the Pineal gland where the Spirit of Love comes to focus; the Pituitary gland where the Spirit of Truth comes to focus; and the Thyroid gland where the Spirit of Life comes to focus… With His [the Master] incarnation, the Pineal gland of mankind would have the opportunity of realignment with its Creator and focus, the Spirit of the Lord of Love. The Pituitary gland of mankind would likewise have the opportunity of realignment with its Creator and focus, the Spirit of the Lord of Truth. And the Thyroid gland would have opportunity for realignment with its Creator, the Spirit of the Lord of Life. All spirit and flesh were called into remembrance of the original design. When the Master ministered, two of these Lords were incarnate together, Jesus and John the Beloved—Archangels together as they were at the time of creation. They were both incarnate in the body of mankind, which they had helped create. There was a provision for the third Archangelic Lord to be present, manifesting as the Spirit of Life, and that would have been John the Baptist, but his presence was removed early in the Master’s ministry. Consequently the Lords of Love and Truth remained, working together… adjustments were made all along the way… As we know, His Ministry was shortened because man was incalcitrant. Time was shortened for His work. And so the victory was distilled, and had to take place within Himself, and remember, he was incarnate in the same body of mankind as those He sought to gather. Therefore the Master was forced to manifest within himself what the Original Body had been designed to do. The Lord of Love left His trail—the evidence of what was being brought to remembrance by Him and by the Spirit of Truth. He brought the Love of the Creator into the world; and He brought the alignment factors of Truth, design and control. John the Beloved left his record in the Book of Revelation; and so he too left the imprint of the True Vine…


In our lifetime, we have become conscious of the presence of two men who have each manifested the focal Spirits of Truth and Life. We have known the experience of Love and Truth in form through exposure to Uranda and direct experience with Martin. This pivotal life-line of generation, re-initiated by the incarnation of the Lord of Love, along with the Lord of Truth, continues in our lives. We are acutely aware what the alternative would have been—that the body of mankind would not survive. We can acknowledge that there are those on earth—and I name those of us here—who are carrying the victorious consciousness and reality of Love and Truth and Life in our living bodies… Let us be conscious that the birth of the Master was an event of epic, of cosmic proportion. The Spiritual Body was re-initiated on earth by the Ones who created it in the first place. Spiritual man and material man became one again… So, joy to the world! The LORD did come. The LORD has come! The LORD is here. I rejoice that the Master was here on earth, and that His Love and Truth are known by us. I rejoice that those who represented the Spirit of Truth have been on earth over the ages, who were expressions and manifestations of the Shekinah Pattern during various incarnations—including the one we knew as Uranda, who came to do what he was asked to do. Did not Uranda do exactly what the Master had commissioned him to do? He taught us what the Master had taught the disciples while He was here on earth, and he taught in such a complete way… and he gathered together those who were receptive contact points in the whole body of mankind. So there was a redo of creation, you might say. Those who created the world and mankind came back and initiated a rebirth of the Spiritual Body. It is here. The Body of the Lord of Love, the Lord of Truth and the Lord of Life is here now. David Barnes 2024 — We have a particular kind of work that has been gifted to us, which is the ongoing opportunity to share what is being known day by day, in this Spiritual Body, of what once were mysteries—but now they are being revealed. We share this with each other in the Temple of Light, in the sanctuary, in the Holy Place. This Body is being restored to comprehension, consciousness of purpose and function, carrying the same compulsion in us to participate, as the Master allowed when He felt the compulsion Himself, knowing that He needed to incarnate in a flesh body... He came into human form to bring an Apex of Focus for the Commission that had been given to the Avatars and Melchizedek Priests and Prophets and Naacal Sages over the ages. Our Master, Jesus the Christ, refocused the whole cycle that was initiated and carried forward all down the ages… He Himself brought forth the essence of the restored Body of Abel, spiritual man present again on earth in material form. There emerged through our Master the restoration of the representative presence of material and spiritual man in Oneness, Cain and Abel once more present on earth in flesh; and then He carried the pattern even further while He was in form on earth. He allowed a representation of the resurrected Body of Adam, of Original Man, which would become in season the Collective Body of Divine Man and Divine Woman restored—but brought to focus in this Christ representation of Man resurrected.


“So here we are, having been brought to this point by Uranda and Martin, where there is a body of spiritual flesh and material flesh, Abel and Cain together again, moving in the cycles of resurrection established by the Master, which ultimately, when the work is finished, will be the restored Body of Adam and Eve, of Original Man and Original Woman. This Body is to remain on earth, that it would be the Ascended Body of restored Man and Woman living on earth, responsible for stewarding the cycles of ongoing creation as it relates to this whole planet, and this planet as it relates to the other planets of the Solar System, and the Sun, and what lies beyond those realms.


The requirement now is to let go of the appalling state of accusation, and embrace the Spirits of Truth and Love and Life in my own Walk with God. As I do that, as we do that, obedient to the command, “Walk before me, and be thou perfect”, then, this Whole Body Walks With God, and in the cycles and seasons of the LORD this Body is taken higher and higher until it is completely taken by God—as Enoch of old was taken, and Moses was taken, and Elijah was taken, and our Master Jesus was taken, in God’s own appointed season. That can't happen if the accuser of our brethren blocks the way. Let's let it go now, and always keep the way clear.


“The feeling of love for all who are disciples and prophets and Priests and Priestesses of our KING is enlarged—all of us together on earth having known so vividly the Spirits of Love and Truth and Life in our lifetime. How grand to recognize each other in this developing Body, and know that the consciousness of this Body is being restored in both spiritual substance and in flesh substance once again. There is much more to come as we all know… so that Head and Body are functioning together in the design according to the patterns of Truth and Love and Life. These things can be shared in the days to come; but we can only really do that as the accuser no longer exists in the consciousness of what should be the Christ Body. As Michael and His Angels ejected the fallen ones from heaven long ago, now Michael’s incarnate Angels are being restored to consciousness and the accuser is cast out of this heaven and this earth.


“These things become apparent to us, and we bring them to world consciousness because we are members of the Body of the Great Avatar emerging once again, the Body of the Great World Teacher composed of three primary Archangels, and the Archangelic Spirits of Love and Truth and Life—the Archangelic Body of Shekinah, the One Who Dwells. The evidence of the Presence of the One Who Dwells is US, and others that we know, and it is in people that we see and hear and feel every day, revealing some of that evidence. Yujin Pak 2025 — Come free of form; come free of all attachment; come to zero. And I want to finish with the image is God Walking in cataclysm; and in this image there's two things: ‘cataclysm’ and ‘God Walking’. Cataclysm at the level of form can take a lot of attention but we we're not here to give any attention to that. We are here to give sole attention to be God Walking, and God Walking is what the cycle is about. It's not about the cataclysm. Let's let all concern about cataclysm be gone and all concern be to be God Walking. As we at the very spiritual core are God Walking then those further out will feel the Presence of God Walking, and will be strengthened to be God Walking on earth in the midst of whatever levels and forms of cataclysm are there. So to me, the direct action taken is to say to the world that God is Walking through us, and may you too be God Walking as changes intensify, as all hell breaks who loose at the level of form—that's perfectly fine; it has to happen; it has to get cleansed. All that matters is that we be God Walking and strengthen those in the world who can also be God Walking—and that is the Vibrational Ark. God Walking is the Vibrational Ark.


David Barnes 2025  What is spoken of here as the coming forth of the Archangel through His Archangelic Body has never happened before. Since the fall of man in the days of the Motherland there has been no functioning collective Archangelic Body walking and talking and fully functioning on earth. This is the first time since those ancient days that there is a Living Christ Body, this Archangelic Body—talking and walking with God. We move into the unknown—it has never happened before. Let us as human beings, the Son of Man, continue to Walk with God, and walk swiftly, walk upright with Grace and Stature, in favor with both God and man, knowing the experience of angelic being in this Archangelic Body, with assurance that at the appointed time, by reason for the coming forth of the Archangel in fulness, this Body will be completely taken, as was Enoch of old. And then there will be only the Body of God walking and talking in heaven on earth, and there will be no more those who Walk with God, but all will be part of the Body of God walking and talking, the Word made flesh, continuing to steward the creative processes as the Son of God, the Archangelic Body. Until we come to the Sixth Day when Divine Man in the Body of God is restored, wearing the Mantle of the Priesthood that is wrapped over and governing the functions and creative responsibilities that rest upon the Whole Body. In conclusion, here are some words by Martin Cecil:


Martin Cecil 1977 — “This cycle of rebirth, insofar as He [Jesus] was concerned, initiated the resurrection. There had to be a starting point in that apparently dead body. For a starting point to be there it obviously was not dead in fact, no matter what the appearance was. The same is true of the True Body of the Son of God in the world today... Life has been in the carcass of mankind all down through the ages; not life which would give evidence of the Body of the Son of God, but life present nevertheless. Because of the fact of life still persisting there is a starting point in the True Body of the Son of God, and this starting point was activated as the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters specifically in 1946.



The Fire Cycle was complete—and it sure ended with a bang, didn't it?—so that instantly the Lord was right there to take advantage of the situation. He didn't linger or hang around and say, “Well we'd better wait for a while; it's not very propitious at the moment; it doesn't look as though many people are going to respond. We'll wait.” No, He was right on the job. In fact He had been making preparation before the point was reached, so that there was something present on earth to permit the Spirit of God at this level to move upon the face of the waters. So the new creative cycle was initiated: the cycle of rebirth, which is succeeded by the cycles of resurrection, the six days of re-creation. And we have been moving together in this unfolding creative process that we might come, following out the correct sequence of the Four Forces, to the Sixth Day, when man is restored—restored as an adequate Six-Plane facility for the LORD…


Individually speaking the same principle is at work, and the Lord for the individual is the truth of his own Being. The consciousness of the fulness of that truth comes when the wholeness of the facility is available for the expression of Shekinah. We know ourselves by reason of the expression of what we are. If what we are in reality is only partially expressed we can but know ourselves partially, and it will be partially expressed until all the cycles of the recreative process have worked out to the Sixth Day. This does not mean that we do not have a changed awareness of ourselves. It merely means that because the facility for the full expression of ourselves individually and collectively has not yet reached the Sixth Day there can be only a partial experience. So we are content with that. We know why it is that way and we do not fool ourselves into imagining that it is not that way. There are those who have caught a glimpse of the way things are but, still being caught in the self-centered trap, they have proceeded to put on a big front which was supposed to be the Truth of Being, saying in effect, ‘I am the Lord.’ The Lord on earth requires the facility recreated for His expression if His identity is to be known. So we remain humble, in an awareness that there are many hereditary factors present in the external manifestation, particularly in the subsurface levels of consciousness, which do not make possible as yet the full expression of what we are in reality… The cycle works out, wheels within wheels, always on the basis of the true sequence of the Four Forces.


Seemingly the process has been slow, but the overall pattern has continued. The more adequate the steadfast Core is the more stabilizing influence is released to all those who are beginning to share in the resurrecting process as it relates to the Body of the Son of God. I bring these things out and emphasize them so that from the standpoint of your surface consciousness you may recognize what happens and you may be more careful then to make very sure that you do not do anything to abort the cycle in which you are moving, to abort the cycle for which you are responsible… Regardless of feeling, one may stay steady. You find agreement with the Truth, and fundamentally you do this because: ‘I love You, Lord…’ And we come again to be held steady by Shekinah in the creative cycles. We are not trying to do anything else, and we do not need to try to do that even. If we love the Lord we do it. If we are genuine in our attitude, ‘I love You, Lord,’ where is the problem? If you genuinely Love, you naturally do what is necessary because of that Love; you don't have to try to do it. Love makes it so that one couldn't do anything else; it is actually impossible to do anything else… Would there be anything more delightful and wonderful and fulfilling than to be One with the Beloved? Well, there's only One Beloved with whom we should be One. ‘I love You, Lord.’ And then we do what is natural in that Love...  The waters under the heaven are gathered together unto one place in the Third Day of creation, to be with one accord in one place, and the dry land appears. The form of the Body of the Son of God begins to come to life; sensation begins to return to that Body—not too much to start with—the evidences of life reappearing in the creative process of resurrection. There's no great rush. Let it work out under the hand of Shekinah, certainly not what you think with your surface consciousness. And in that gathering together unto one place, under heaven, under the realm where Shekinah has control, the dry land appears, the evidences of life come increasingly in the Body of the Son of God. Certain parts of the Body begin to become conscious of themselves again—not the whole Body yet, just parts, rising up in consciousness, feeling something, rejoicing in what is felt.


But this is just the Third Day—not yet halfway even. So let us not jump to a conclusion that this is it. It is it in the sense that we are participating in the creative cycle which brings us to the conclusion where it may be said, ‘This is it.’ But we're still on the way. So we stay humble. We stay humble but steady and centered in the Truth which we know, and gradually we find that what we feel agrees with the Truth that we know, so that heart and mind come together. Here is part of the gathering of the waters under the heaven being brought together under the dominion of Shekinah so that the creative process may continue. We share these cycles as they occur in us… So in turn we become the means by which others are held steady as they move through these various levels of resurrection. And while there may be some breaking from the pattern on occasion, we ourselves, recognizing the responsibility, hold the line because we're not interested, surely, in going back to square one, as it were. What a waste of time! and it's not surprising, when we do that, that we begin to feel futile. But we don't need to do it. We can be true; we can keep our integrity; and as we do this we share the resurrection in the increasing awareness of the reality of Life, the Life which is emerging…


The way is clear. Shekinah gets the job done. It got the job done in the beginning, so I don't see any reason why it shouldn't get it done now. It's no less capable than it was then; in fact there's less to be done now than there was then, because the Body is already here; it doesn't have to be created. It is the re-creation of the consciousness of that Body. And we share in letting this happen, moving together and staying together with one accord in one place. Because of this oneness Shekinah can move easily. But remember, that movement will have the tendency, if you are not alert, to cause a scattering again, as it did on that first occasion long ago in what has been called the outpouring of the Holy Spirit on that day of Pentecost. Things felt so wonderful. ‘Here is the power. Isn't it great? Isn't it tremendous?’ Have you ever felt that way? ‘We can achieve great things.’ Yes, in the seasons of the Lord, not in the way you may think. Let the increased enthusiasm hold you steady. Don't let it scatter you. If you are scattered, you are scattered out of the Body and you very quickly lose the power then, because the power of Shekinah moves through the Body, nowhere else. So remain where you belong and move forward with assurance in the Way, because we are all with one accord in one place, in our hearts saying always, ‘I love You, Lord.’”


Martin Exeter 1987 — [The midnight express of the human state roars noisily, and with increasing speed, down a track to disaster.] It needs to be remembered that our purpose is not to stop the train. If you try to stop the train you’ll be squashed. Let the train go where it’s going; it’s going there anyway. But let the Ark be present, so that there is space on earth in this vibrational substance where life is, where the truth is, where the reality of love is. And we have been in the process of discovering that this is all true.
