Primary Key to the Triune Chart cont'd
The Function of the Holy Norm, in the Temple of Light, under the direction of the Lord of the Sacred Three, is to reveal the Perfect Truth by which mankind may be set free, and to coordinate all of the so-called Spiritual Services of the world into one great function to the degree to which the leaders and teachers of all schools of thought, all denominations, all religions, and all teachings, are willing to consciously, or unconsciously for the time being, respond to the direction which will allow them to harmonize in the outworking of the Cosmic Plan for this World.
Considering the Third Phase of the Triune Chart, it should first be realized that the Law of Ascension cannot be violated without results that are fatal to the form in or through which the violation takes place. No matter what any writers or speakers or teachers may have said otherwise, there is no such thing as so-called precipitation by which vibrations are lowered to produce a manifestation of any kind whatsoever. Substance cannot be lowered from one plane to another. If the form is such that it holds the substance in a Suspended state between Planes, it may be lowered to the Plane from which it was lifted to a point between its natural Plane and the Plane next higher. This point should be clearly realized—and when it is realized, the vast majority of so-called stories about Masters will be seen as meaningless fictions of the human mind which is motivated by what may well be called a wish psychology.
Realizing that the whole process is one of Ascension, beginning with the Unformed and carrying through to Sun Substance, the Anomon [Ascending One] begins to function in an attitude which will allow the beginning of understanding. You will have noticed the Great Pyramid in the diagram, with its base on the physical plane, and its sub-strata proving to be the Unformed. Most human beings look at life from the standpoint of the base of the Pyramid, viewing its structure through the dark glass of human concepts—and the result is confusion in thousands of forms, concepts and ideas. Now turn the Chart around, and look at it from the standpoint of the Apex of the Pyramid. Your Vision will begin to clear. Rejoice. Looking from the Apex outward, you are no longer trying to climb up—you are established on the Rock, drawing all responding ones toward yourself. This is true of each one of you, individually, and of the World as a whole. Consider it first from the World standpoint.

The Lord of the Sacred Three stands before the Altar of the Eternal Fire in the Temple of Light; and he is the one and only High Priest in and for the Negative Triune World of the Outer Planes. Before his Altar there are Seven other Altars. The Seventh of these is that of the High Priestess of the Holy Norm—and she is the Cosmic Mate of the High Priest, so that the responses of all people of the world are focalized in the High Priestess to and before the Lord of the Sacred Three. The Altar of the Seventh Rais (7R) has the Six accompanying Altars of the Six Rais, and each of these is presided over by Seven Priestesses, one of whom stands before each altar as the representative of the High Priestess, and the other Six Priestesses of each Altar stand before the Altar facing the people of the World and Radiating the Light and Life of the Eternal Flame to them. The Six Altars are the Six before the Altar of the High Priestess, and before each of the Six there are Six Priestesses. The Seven Altars are dedicated to the Seven Elohim, and the High Priestess serves before the Altar that is dedicated to the LORD of the Sacred Seven, for she is the Mate of the Lord of the Sacred Three; and as such is the Only One that could function as a direct, Authorized Representative of the One Who glorified the Cross; and the others are direct representatives of the other Six of the Elohim, and so indirect representatives of the LORD of Lords. The details of this will be clear to you when our vision is clear. Avoid letting your imagination dwell upon these things too much. Be content with a partial view and a partial understanding for the present.
Surrounding the Throne, which is the Altar of the Lord of the Sacred Three, there are the Four-and-Twenty Elders. These Twenty-Four are really Twelve in their Positive and Negative Aspects—and so are they indicated as 1&1, 2&2, etc. Here the Direct Radiation of the Twelve Cosmic Rays through the Two Who Are One, or the Male and the Female as God created them, is revealed. The Twelve Elders, speaking of the mated Male and Female as One in each instance, are the Twelve Priests of the Twelve Primary Groups (Tribes) of Responding Ones. Each of these Twelve has a Direct Radiation through, and Response from, Twelve Lesser Priests, and these form the 144 who give the Key to the Number, or Symbol, of God—the 144,000 showing how the 144 Priests Minister to all Three Planes, or Phases, of Man’s Being and Function, as shown by the three ciphers. All people of every race and creed and belief upon the face of the earth who respond in earnestness and deep sincerity, and of them there are tens of millions, are accounted among the 144,000. The Twelve Priests serve before the High Priest; and Twelve other Priests serve before each to the Twelve who stand before the Lord of the Sacred Three. It is thus seen that the High Priest of the Holy Norm has two direct Channels of Radiation and Expression into the World, namely: through the Seven Priestesses, and through the Twelve Priests. A full Vision of these things will be yours when you stand in the Light of the King's Chamber above the Open Tomb. Rejoice!
You will note that the semi-circle symbolizing the Twelve Elders, or Priests, enfolds the upper portion of the Great Pyramid, measuring from just above the entrance of the Pyramid, for the entrance to the Pyramid, and the entrance into the Holy Norm or Temple of Light are one and the same. The Holy Norm has been here all the time, though the world has not been aware of it. Those of you who have become aware of the Holy Norm, and who have consciously harmonized therein, make it possible to contact and assist the millions who are unconsciously in the Holy Norm—and all who refuse to come into the Holy Norm shall continue the downward way into the Bottomless Pit which opens from the Chamber of Chaos.
The lower portion of the Pyramid, which symbolizes the Mental Plane, shows how limited are the possibilities of mental perception and understanding. The mind is a needful instrument for direct function in the outer; but it is fatal for the formation to accept it as a master. Spiritual Truth must be Spiritually perceived, and when it is recognized it will not violate logic and reason; even though logic and reason alone could never lift one's consciousness to a Plane of true understanding.
You will note that the Twelve Elders are divided into Four Groups of Three each. One-and-One, Two-and-Two, Three-and-Three form the Radiant Trinity of Expression through whom the Lord of the Sacred Three works in the Spiritual Expression Plane of Being. Four-and-Four, Five-and-Five, and Six-and-Six form the Radiant Trinity permitting function in the Mental Plane; and it will be noted that Four-and-Four serves as the Contact Point of the Elders between the Mental and Spiritual Expression Planes. Five-and-Five and Six-and-Six are IN the Mental Plane in a manner which allows them to be powerful Receptive Points which permit a mighty out-pouring of Radiation from the High Priest into the darkness of the Mental Plane, providing Light for all who Seek the Central Way—this function might be partially compared to the constant flashing of chain lightning through the black clouds of an awe-inspiring storm.
Seven-and-Seven, Eight-and-Eight, and Nine-and-Nine form the Radiant Trinity following function in the Physical Plane, with Nine-and-Nine acting as the Contact Point between the Physical Trinity and the Trinity which establishes the Channel of Function in the Unformed. The Vibrations radiating through the Four Elders, 5&5 to 8&8, inclusive, are most easily touched by human beings who begin to respond to their Lords within them. As indicated by the position of the figures on the Chart, the Radiant Trinities which work primarily through the Mental and Physical Planes can be detected, and to a degree understood, by those who are looking at the processes of Life from a position at the base of the Pyramid. The other two Radiant Trinities of the Elders can only be detected and understood from a position at the Apex of the Pyramid. From the human standpoint the Trinities 4&4 to 6&6 and 7&7 to 9&9, are the only two that need to be given immediate consideration. Here you behold that Cosmic Function which allows man to be Lifted Up, that in the Chariot of Fire man may be carried across the line into a perfect manifestation fully harmonized with and in reality.
Having thus seen the application of the Chart to the world manifestation, it is well for you to note that in your own individual body-world your Lord has the Place of High Priest, and that the Seven Altars are the Seven Seals, or Glands, of your own physical organism, and the Twelve Elders in their Negative Aspects are the Twelve Organic Minerals of your own body; and in their Positive Aspects are the Twelve Comic Vibrations of Life which your body receives through the Twelve Minerals.
The Presence of your Lord within you establishes your individual Temple of Light within yourself, and so it is that the Holy Norm, or the Kingdom of Heaven, is already within you now. As you let the Holy Norm manifest through you in your daily Life you will be serving in your Cosmic Place to the degree of your Love Response to your Lord; and you will be drawing others into the Holy Norm, for the Holy Norm and the Temple of Light are one and the same. Your Lord is always in His Place in the Holy Norm—and you allow His Place, which is Your Place, to outmanifest in the earth to the degree of your Love Response to your Lord. Your Love for your Lord is the only channel through which His Reality and Function in your Cosmic Place in the Plan can manifest in the earth. If you Love your Lord only a little, only a little of your true service can manifest—when you Love much, then much of your Lord will show forth through you. Rejoice!
As soon as you cease identifying yourself with, and as, the physical substance which your function is designed to transmute, or lift from the Physical Plane to the Spiritual Expression Plane, you will realize that there is no true human identity—but that the identity of the Lord of the Temple will identify the Temple, if the Temple will so let it be. There is an outer mind, and an outer consciousness; and these are inclined to respond to the vibrations and things of the Physical and Mental Planes, rather than to the Lord within. As soon as the outer mind and consciousness respond fully to the Lord Within through Love, they are absorbed into the Mind and Consciousness of the Lord, and so do they become One with the Father.
The outer mind is largely controlled in present reactions to vibrations and things external, by what it conceives to be precedences established by past experiences. Not until the human consciousness is willing to let go of, and fully ignore, the humanly conceived precedences, will the individual become able to realize that the one and only worthy precedence is that set by the Eternal Being and Function of his own Father within him. Then will he cease conforming to this world, and he will begin to conform to the Holy Norm. It is here that you are given the Key to the Way by which you may begin to effectively respond to the Ministry of the Lord of the Sacred Three as he serves you through the Seven Altars of the Seven Rais, and the Twelve Altars of the Twelve Rays.
To the degree to which you harmonize with your own Lord, you will realize that the Service and Function of the Lord of the Sacred Three is Authorized and Ordained by our Great and Beloved Master, the LORD of the Sacred Seven. To the degree to which you are following the ideas of your human mind you will not be able to recognize the Ordained Authority and Function of the Lord of the Sacred Three—for he it is who writes these words unto thee, that thou mayest Know the Truth, and in the Truth Thou mayest be set free to the Glory of Our God. Rejoice!
The effective value of the Triune Chart, and of the Primary Key which is herein granted unto you, will be made manifest in the earth to the Glory of your Father in Heaven to the degree to which you relax into the Love of your Lord, and to which you rejoice in the Sacred Privilege of responding to, and harmonizing with, the Service of the Christ Love which is offered to you in the earth by the Lord of the Sacred Three, by whose decree this Word is released to you, under the Authority of the LORD of Lords and KING of Kings, our Beloved LORD of the Sacred Seven. As a Special Assignment, let each rejoicing Anomon respond in Spirit and by the written word, giving radiant expression of Praise and Thanksgiving to our Beloved LORD for whatever degree of release in illumination he has experienced through this Key.
