The Levels Of Being

We have been considering together the basic factors of being, and particularly the positive and negative aspects in form by reason of which the One Law is permitted to operate at this level of being. [greatcosmicstory.blogspot.com/sex-3-male-and-female-principles-of.html] We have recognized that the levels of being are not in fact separated one from another, that each level of being blends into the level above it and the level below it. There is no true line of demarcation so far as the oneness of the whole is concerned, but the distinctions are established on the basis of the limits of perception. The ability to see or perceive within a certain range establishes for the consciousness the limits of the level of being. Once this is clearly established in consciousness we do not suppose that we are somehow stuck off in a corner, as it were, in relationship to the universe; we realize that we are an integral part of the whole. And as our bodies are made up of cells, so are we, as human beings, the cells that make up the body of humanity. And we see that this body in turn is a cell in the body of the cosmos.


We have been looking at the nature of the cell in a consideration of the amoeba, and we have begun to see that the actual operation of the working of the Law in the realm of form can more readily be seen at that level than the level of the human being, because of the simple nature of the form. With the human being, we have a complex organism and there are innumerable patterns of positive and negative relationship contained in that complex organism. But if we see that the functional pattern in the amoeba is actually simply the working of the Law, we begin to realize that the working of the Law in the complex organism provides us with our ability to function, and any interference with the natural or the true pattern of relationships disrupts the flow of life, brings about some disorder, some disease, some ill condition. Until the working of the Law is permitted to again manifest on the right basis, be reasserted, re-established, the ill condition, whatever it may be, will continue and become worse.


In our work as pneumatologists we are particularly concerned about these basic patterns of influence in the body. We know that unless we can inspire right response on the part of the servee the attunement is not going to accomplish very much. We may be able to temporarily change the nature of the creative field within the individual in an overall sense, or the specific aspects of the creative field within the primary one, but unless the pattern of response is changed in relationship to the consciousness of the servee the help that is provided will be more or less temporary, because the human being will disrupt the pattern within himself and reproduce the ill condition. Now, through literature, through words fitly spoken, through the inspiration of our lives, through the atmosphere that we provide for others, we must of necessity provide the inspiration in the direction which will assist others in finding a new point of polarity. We noticed how the amoeba, functioning without the level of consciousness which permits self-activity, doesn't do what human beings do, in bringing about its own destruction. Let us make that point our beginning consideration for the moment.


We remember how the amoeba took the circular form as it reached the point of being ready to reproduce, divide, in the presence of the nucleus. Now actually—I don't believe it was portrayed in the pictures which we saw—but actually I would doubt very much if the amoeba would begin the operation of cellular division with a foreign object contained within its body. It would continue to function in the normal fashion until that foreign object was removed, and only with a clear pattern would that process of division begin, here in the nucleus, which would allow the beginning of the formation of the two bodies which permits the division of the cell. Now that point of wisdom, of letting the field clear first, is something that human beings need to realize. They are in such a hurry to multiply, that is, increase the expression of life manifestation in some manner, of forms, that they try to go through the process without a clear field. Now we are three-plane beings and not a one-plane being like the amoeba; although it is obvious that the amoeba does have feeling, we are thinking of the three planes as relating to the physical, the mental in the sense of self-awareness, and the spiritual, because we have the capacity to penetrate into the spiritual level in relationship to our capacities of perception. But our primary concern is the clearing of the physical and the mental, which includes the emotional, the subconscious range of the mind which blends in with the emotional nature and provides the memory factors.


Now if there are foreign objects, which is to say distortion patterns, in any of these phases of being, we are not in position to increase the scope of our life expression. It is only in those moments or in those times when we can develop a clear field, a clear creative field, that such increase is possible. We remember, in relationship to the creative triangle, that this creative field so established in relationship to the whole person, the complete man or woman, is filled with lesser triangles and lesser cycles—and again, from above, the same principle could be portrayed, and so on. And there may be a disruption in one of the creative triangles, or creative fields, or creative cycles—for the three always go together. "Creative triangle" suggests the basic factors essential to creation, the two points, the positive and the negative, on the level where the form is to appear. There must be established a creative field on the level where the form is to appear. If we are concerned about developing something in the physical realm then the vibratory pattern must be established in relationship to that level. We can't say, "Well now, I will think real hard. I will concentrate. I will do this and that with my mind and I will establish a creative field in my mind and produce something in the physical realm." It is just so much waste of energy, because even if the individual thinks it works, or if he thinks he has seen cases where it did work, actually all he saw was an accidental outworking in which the person permitted the pattern to work in the physical realm. He didn't know what he was doing and had a haphazard result.



In the mental realm we have the patterns; in the spiritual realm we have the patterns of correlation; but as a basic principle, remember that the creative field must be established in the realm where the form is to appear. It is absolute, with no exceptions, and if you think you have seen some evidence of exception it was because you didn't see all the factors that are involved. So we have the positive and negative control points at the level where the form is to appear, and they two, in coordination, in right response, have established a pattern of coordination into the next higher level of being. That is the only way it can work and any attempt to do it on any other basis will fail; it always has and it always will.


So there must be two or more. Here we have the two or more in the basic pattern of the amoeba: the nucleus and the body. That is true with respect to anything, from the cell to the universe and on into the cosmos—at every level. We see that in relationship to every specific form in the body, each organ, each system, each type of fluid, with respect to every particularized form, there is a creative triangle, a creative field, a creative cycle. This is emphasized in the points we have touched on a number of times, that we have this process of the changing of the cells in the body, so that every month you have a new heart, every three months a new stomach. Every fourteen months the vital tissues of the body, in a general sense, change; you have a new body, new substance, a different body. We have a thirty-day cycle, approximately, for the heart, and a ninety-day cycle, approximately, for the stomach, so we have to have a creative triangle—that is, there must be the vibratory pattern of the positive and negative aspects with respect to that particular organ or part or system. It must in turn be focalized to a higher point, whatever it may be, a control point which fundamentally works through the endocrine glands and the brain or nervous system. There must be a higher control point. There must be the positive and negative aspects of the field with respect to that organ or part, and it must be established in relationship to its proper cycle, whatever it may be. We have a seven-year cycle for the skeleton; every seven years the skeleton changes in your body. And so there is for each part a creative field, and the positive and negative aspects must be functioning in that particular field in proper relationship to all of the other organs or parts or systems which make up the complex organism.


Now it would be futile for us to attempt to segregate all of these innumerable creative fields in the body, to try to analyze each organ or part in relationship to that, in a specific sense. Suffice it to say, the Creator had to establish each of those creative fields on a definite basis and so establish the focalization of those creative fields in relationship to the seed, the male seed and the female seed, so that like could produce like in reproduction. The focalization patterns, in minute form, must be present so that when the male seed and the female seed blend the creative field is set up. Without the presence of those two, one way or another, there cannot be conception. So the male and the female aspects must come into play. The base of the creative field is established. And the apex of it is established through what? Last evening we were considering some of the factors in relationship to Mother God. [greatcosmicstory.blogspot.com/the-motherhood-of-god.html] The focalization of the apex of the triangle, of the creative field, is established through the physical mother in relationship to Mother God, if the pattern is established correctly; and the creative field is established in the womb for the development of the babe.



In the tiny seed, fertilized, there must be the basic focalization factors in relationship to every part, rightly related for the development of the complex organism, and in the normal course of events it only takes nine months for that creative cycle to complete to the point of birth. Just stop to think about it—all of these different parts taking form, creative fields being established and activated in the right pattern of relationship, so that the eyes are in the eye sockets and one eye does not appear in the big toe, and the hands are where they belong, and all parts of the body in symmetry, form rightly balanced, rightly coordinated in action, to the end that there may be a complete whole of a creative field in relationship to that child when it is born and issues forth as a separate being, a distinct individual. All of these basic factors must be either inherently present so that they will be activated in their season—as, for instance, we speak of the age of puberty, roughly around the age of twelve—or in actual function. And if, step by step, those that are more or less dormant are not activated we have a limitation in the human form.


We see this complex organism in relationship to the amoeba and it is tremendous, isn't it?—each part made up of cells and each group of cells making in turn what might be called a larger cell. Now we know that each organ is made up of many cells in its body, so I'm not interested in confusing you or suggesting something that isn't so, but insofar as function is concerned, insofar as the application of the principle is concerned, we can assume that with respect to each organ, each part, it is actually operating on the basis of a single cell, whatever the organ may be. It is there, and it has its nucleus pattern and it has its female body pattern within the particular organ or part, and the function within that organ or part, according to its nature, is on exactly the same basis as with the amoeba. You may say, "Well I bought a liver at the butcher shop one day and I cut it up. I didn't see any nucleus in there. I don't know, I don't see how that works." Well, actually, have you ever seen with the naked eye the nucleus of the cell? No. And what happens within the scope of a particular organ? All of the cells are present for the formation of a particular organ, and the nucleus in each cell is a part of the nucleus for the organ, established to a vibrational point to permit the reality of control, centered to a point, a control factor, which comes—well, for the simple operation of it, we will say it does focalize in relationship to the nervous system, generally speaking; in other words there is a visible apex.


We might take the formation of one of the endocrine glands as an illustration and decide that that is not true, though we have a more complex formation and its apex reaches into the invisible realm as far as physical human vision is concerned. But the principle is there, and the nucleus of all the cells is, in effect, the nucleus for the cell which we call the organ, and the substance in the female part of the body of all the cells provides the female body for the organ, and in vibratory function, while it is complex, the principle in action is the same as you have seen it portrayed in relationship to the amoeba. It is still sex in the sense that we are using that word; it is still the application of the Law of the positive through form characteristic of those two aspects of being, for that which characterizes the form of manifestation of the female aspect and that which characterizes the form of the male aspect at any given level provide the means by which the positive and negative phases of the One Law may act at that level in relationship to that particular revelation of being in a particularized form.


If we were to study a flower, for instance, we would find the same thing present: the positive and the negative, the male and the female aspects. We begin to see that without sex nothing is formed that is formed, at any level, anywhere, under any circumstances—not sex in the limited sense, of course, as human beings ordinarily think of it; but we begin to realize that there must be the form through which the Law may operate in order to reveal the manifestation of being, or the power, on this level of life. The Law simply does not have meaning without that form, and it works in every part on the basis of the positive and the negative and the point of focalization. The creative triangle is there in relationship to every development, every formation, whatever it may be. And as all of these smaller triangles are drawn together, coordinated, they all together provide the creative triangle of the human being; but that creative triangle, in turn, must have relationship to other human beings before it can bring forth anything, and I am not talking about the reproduction of the race. I am talking about whatever we may achieve mentally, physically, spiritually, in any level, in any way, shape or form. These basic principles we have seen in the amoeba are repeated over and over and over again.



So, instead of allowing the mind to become confused on the basis of the vastness of the problem, when you see someone needing help, the very fact that that person needs help physically, mentally or emotionally proves that these creative fields are distorted, and as a result there are physical distortions. The creative cycles have been disturbed, broken or hurt in some fashion, so that they are not working properly. We know that the creative field does not contain the force being made power in action in the expression of life, the power to act and the means to act. And we know that it applies to more than just one little part. Perhaps someday in the future, if it has not already happened to you, someone will come to you and say, "Oh, I have liver trouble. My trouble is all in my liver. Everything else is all right, but I would like to have my liver taken care of." Well perhaps the person does have liver trouble, but that person would not have liver trouble if he didn't have some other kind of trouble. There is absolutely no such thing as trouble in just one organ or part unrelated to all the other organs and parts. And if the dominant aspect of the difficulty appears in the liver, for instance, what do we know? We know that there is trouble in the range of consciousness, in the range of the emotional nature, in the range of spiritual attunement, in relationship to the creative triangle of the man or the woman. The control factors have been disturbed in relationship to the design and the part is not fulfilling its purpose in the revelation of principle. Always it is the same thing, it comes back to the basic factors: control is lost within the scope of the design, so that the purpose is not being fulfilled. And what is the purpose? The revelation of principle, God Principle. And how is it revealed? Through the action of the One Law, which is to say, the power to act and the means of action. And then, of course, there is that which must be acted upon. So we may specifically assist in setting up a vibratory pattern in relationship to the liver.


What is the essence of being positive? Something aggressive? No. Let us get that clear in consciousness. You don't have to be aggressive to be positive, and very often the individual who is being aggressive is not positive. That person is negative to something in control which is beneath him. What is it to be truly positive, to share the positive polarity of the Core of God, the positive expression of Father God? What is it? Aggressive expression? There may be positive action, but the true secret of being positive is to be unmoved by that which should not move one—not aggressive action, but the ability to hold steady, centered, faithful, true, perhaps absolutely quiet, saying nothing while human beings push, pull, shove, go up and go down and all around.


So what is the positive attitude? Not aggressive action, just holding the center, letting it swish and swirl, push and pull, until everyone gets tired of their foolish nonsense and each one begins to settle down, relax, come into the field, begin to receive and perceive the influence of the nucleus or the Core, the positive point in the body of being. And then it begins to work—not because of arbitrary laws and regulations imposed, but because of the One Law that permits the true pattern of being. The true positive then may, under certain circumstances, be aggressive, positive in action, but not necessarily so. The true positive can just wait and be patient, and wait and pull to center, hold the line, let it work, hold the line, and be the reality of the Core. It is not what the Core imposes on the body of the amoeba but what the body of the amoeba accepts from the Core that counts. The simulated pattern which the world uses all the time never gets anywhere: the Core is supposed to impose something on the body of the amoeba, and the body may respond some and twist and turn and try to get away, and there is a collapse. The thing doesn't work. We have that pattern in marriages all over the country. We have it in personal relationships at every level, in every pattern. We have it within government and in relationship to nations—up and down the line. But that which is imposed by the positive center of power does not achieve the Divine result. It is what the body of the amoeba accepts openly, willingly, from the positive nucleus that permits the Divine result.


But when this nucleus divides, the two parts are separated; they are held apart because both are positive; and the formation takes place and there are two new cells where there was one. Do you think that nucleus could impose that upon the body of the amoeba? No, it was because the body of the amoeba accepted it that it worked, and the nucleus did not try to divide while there was a foreign object in here and before the body of the amoeba assumed the round position. There is the secret. Once the nucleus pattern reaches the point where it is about ready to divide, it does not immediately start the operation. The vibratory pattern is set up, the current is released, but until the body of the amoeba becomes round it doesn't do it. It waits; the increase doesn't appear. And that principle applies in every level.



When you are considering this business of giving an attunement you may have to wait days or weeks or even years, if the individual holds steady that long. You will not have that nearly as much as I have, because you will find that in the pattern of your work it will tend to move either in or out much more rapidly than it has as I have been bringing about the original form here on earth—original as far as this cycle and time is concerned. But I have waited literally years for the opportunity to do something I could have done in five minutes years ago if the individual had let me. I could have tried to impose it and I would have accomplished nothing. I can afford to wait. How many others can? How many can afford to wait? Can you afford to wait years? I don't think so. So the true positive expression, to the degree that you become a part of the body of the core, the positive expression is working through you and it is there to be received or rejected. If and as the body rounds out around you, the increase can appear.


I utilize the laws and the principles I am talking about, always, all the time. It has been misunderstood, misinterpreted. I have been criticized up and down the line by foolish people who did not know what they were talking about. But it works, or you would not be here. It works, or you would not see all the results that are appearing in human lives and in circumstances. It works. But you can't impose it, you can't arbitrarily make it be. And those who work with me have tended, of course, because of the world pattern, when they have come into the picture, undertaken to help me, they have tended to want to make it be thus and so. They were going to use the world methods; they were going to impose it.


I have heard people say, "Oh, if I could just be manager out there at Sunrise Ranch for a few weeks there would surely be some changes." Oh yes, I know, there surely would. Actually I have let quite a few of those people who were going to impose things right and left have a little fling at it and if they didn't learn to let it work out, and stop shoving and pulling and pushing, what happened? Well, there have been times when I have had to use people to apply a certain amount of pressure—for the sake of the whole, when individuals would not accept it, that is true—impose to some degree. But that which works is the process of letting. Anything else is a temporary expedient forced into the picture, not by me but by the persons concerned.


Now you will have to act on the basis of the same principle if you are going to be a true server. You will have to be a part of the Core if you are going to be a true server. You know you can be a part of the Core; whether you are male or female, that is beside the point. You can be a part of the Core and you can be a part of the body, male or female. But if you aren't a part of the Core, don't try to serve, because you will fail, it will not work. And if you think you can set up a little Core all on your own, unrelated to me and what we are doing here, go ahead and try it and see what happens. Just try. If you succeeded I would be the first to congratulate you. The trouble is, I have seen so many try it and I have seen it fail. Not in a single, solitary instance has it ever succeeded. But I let them. I can afford to wait, but they cannot. It is that position that reveals the true positive, not the aggressive person out here who is trying to make it be thus and so in some arbitrary fashion—although we may at times have to be aggressive, only when it is forced upon us though. But it takes the person who can hold at center and let it work, be patient and not give way to response to foreign objects, because if you are responding to a foreign object, a distortion pattern, you are not responding to the Core. And remember, there is a Core pattern in every person whom you would serve, just as surely as there is a Core pattern in every amoeba, and if that human being will allow his mind and heart to relax enough, the Core pattern in you will begin to function in relationship to the Core pattern in that person, and the Core pattern within the person will begin to release the radiation out into the person's body. You are establishing the same pattern out here, and the body of your servee is caught between.


Now if the human mind will relax and that person will learn to center—he will break it over and over again; you cannot expect him to do it all in a minute—but if he lets his mind come to center and his heart become tranquil and serene, there isn't any ill condition but what can be cured, if that individual is still adequately attuned to the life force. Of course there are plenty of ill conditions we can't do anything about. Don't try to do something with nothing. God doesn't and you are a fool if you do. We have to have something to work with. There must be a centering in life. You must be able to inspire, draw out. I have done it when the person was right at death's door—I have seen it over and over again. But what is the nature of the consciousness of the person as he approaches that point of extreme or critical condition? You have to have something to work with. But if you can inspire that response there is no obstacle, no difficulty too great. The power of God is greater; but it must work according to Law, according to principle, on a basis of these factors that we are considering together. And whatever tries to improve upon that, or change it or alter it in any way, shape or form, will fail. Not maybe; it is an absolute certainty. We either do it God's Way or it isn't done. And we can begin to realize the importance of our correct function in both the male body and the female body, because you are all in a female body, whether you know it or not, and you all ought to be in the male body. But more of that in season.

In our period of meditation on Sunday evening we began a consideration of Mother God [greatcosmicstory.blogspot.com/father-and-mother-aspects-of-god.html], and tonight let us continue in the pattern of that meditation, to the end that we may come to know the reality not only of Father God but also of Mother God. Our hearts are filled with a deep sense of the beauty, the wonder, of this sublime subject of meditation.


When we think of the full expression of womanhood as it finds manifestation through the reality of the female form and the female experience of motherhood, we think of something exquisitely beautiful, unutterably wonderful. We have all watched the pattern of fulfilment, how even a woman who is considered to be plain or even homely is transformed by the wonder of love, and there is a beauty of being which shows forth from her whole expression of life; and then, as she approaches the expression of motherhood, the experience of sharing with God the work of bringing a new life into the world, that face, no matter how it may have been classified according to the world concepts of prettiness, begins to take on that Madonna beauty which is a revelation of God's glory on earth. We have noted that glory is related to the increasing vibrant expression of life. We have read the words, “The glory of the Lord filled the temple and shone round about,” and as we have beheld the development in the pattern of the mother-to-be we have seen how the temple of her body is filled with the glory of the Lord which shines round about. If there be any perception in the one who observes, there is surely a sense of hallowed ground, something unspeakably sacred, holy and sublime.


If we as human beings, in our pattern of relationships on earth, see and behold such things and recognize them and know them in relationship to the mother-to-be on earth, how much more beautiful, how much more sacred and holy, how unspeakably divine, how gloriously sublime, must be the picture that begins—even though it be but faintly at first—to take form in our consciousness as we begin to consider the reality of Mother God. And as we yield to contemplation, we feel a certain thrill in meditation upon this holy subject, where the consciousness so centered is definitely aware of the basic truth that even though we may not have understood what it was that was missing from the realm of being in the range of our perception, and no matter how fully we may have given heed to the thought of loving Father God—and without in any sense detracting from Father God, we know that that deep restlessness, that unspeakable inner longing, was in part at least the desire to know Mother God. For even though we here on earth, as the children of God, might come to know Father God, we could not here develop a true and full consciousness of the sense of being at home—at home on earth or anywhere—without the presence of Mother God. And so, having once seen the vision, we know that we cannot rest, we cannot feel ourselves to be at home until, to our aspiring hearts and minds, the mystery of Mother God is unveiled.


It would perhaps, for the moment at least, be pleasing to pause to speculate somewhat upon the unspeakable beauty that must be revealed through the form and being of Mother God. We might meditate upon the infinite wonder of Her love. We might consider the pattern of Her oneness with Father God. But for the moment such desires must, in part at least, be set aside, for speculation would be an idle waste of precious time, which must needs be spent in finding and learning to know the secret of Mother God. Having found Her, we will then have time to spend considering Her beauty, the wonder of Her love, and enjoying the unspeakable security and sense of “at-homeness” which springs from a vivid consciousness of Her oneness with Father God.



To be certain that we move in the right direction in our search—and we are reminded of the words of the Father spoken by our Lord on earth, “For he that seeketh findeth,” and there is assurance in those words, “He that seeketh findeth”—but to be certain, we check ourselves, our position and our direction of movement in the pattern of the One Law. And as we pause we realize that under the Law it would be impossible for Father God to be, to create, or in any manner to achieve, except in relationship to Mother God.


This assurance springs from our knowledge of the Law: it could not be otherwise. We may not yet know very much about Mother God, but we are assured that our search shall not be in vain, because, under the laws of God, the principles of being, we know that Mother God must be somehow a reality. Convinced of this one thing, that Mother God IS, and that if we are the children of God then we surely have a close relationship to Her, and She has much meaning to us, we find the question arising, “Why is it that we have not seen more of Her? How is it that She has been either unknown or so obscure that no clear picture of Her has been found in the consciousness of humanity as a whole?”


This question could send us on paths of meaningless speculation, and yet we know inherently that somewhere the answer to the question is inherent in the question itself. We have the assurance, whether we have developed a clear realization of the truth of it or not, we have the assurance that we are the Children of God. Whether we have so lived that that fact is revealed in our lives or not, we have been called the Children of God, and we have recognized the reality of Father God.


We remember the Master said, “Except ye become as little children, ye shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven.” And how, in the normal, natural state, shall a little child appear except in company of mother? Are we, as Little Children, condemned to search through the dark alone without Mother—Mother God? If we are to come as a little child, normally the little child has the mother, and mother is not far away. And then, if this be true, if this truth finds an answering chord in our hearts that surely it must be so, another question arises in our minds for which our hearts seek an answer, “What do we find in the little child?” We know of this Little Child. This is the starting point.


We have assurance that Father God is somewhere in His mansion, but here is the Little Child. What is it that we find in the Little Child? Oh there may be answers such as trust and love, etc. But what is revealed in the little child? “Oh,” we may answer, “the need of a mother's care. And there is the need for the father's provision.” The Father's provision—we have thought of that before. We know the need for the Father's provision, and the Little Child has the need of a Mother's care. Yes. But what else do we find revealed in the Little Child? What else?


As we look at a child, an earthly child, the tendency is to say, “Why, he is like his daddy,” or “She is like her mother.” The revelation through the child is, or should be, something of a revelation of the parents, something peculiar to itself—this child—but not just a revelation of the father, a revelation of the parents, of mother, for the mother has an influence upon the child. And if we look at the child, this little child, and if we be the Children of God, we can surely find an indication of more than relatedness to Father God; there must likewise be a revelation of Mother God. For how could we be the Children of the Father except by reason of the Presence, the reality, and the nature of Mother God? Mother God has not been, in times past, adequately revealed to the awareness of mankind. The Children of God have recognized the need for the Father and His provision, and they have stopped for a sense of security in relationship to Father God. But how could such a thing be without Mother God?



“In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth”—two parts of one thing, male and female—and if Mother God IS, and there must be the conviction that She IS, what would Father God desire for Mother God, unless it should be a beautiful Home, a place where She could live and find the fulfilment of Her Being? A beautiful Home. “And the Lord God planted a garden eastward in Eden.” And for whom would He plant the Garden? You may say, “For His Children.” Oh, yes, He no doubt had His Children in mind, the Children-to-Be. But if a man plants a garden, is it not for his wife? If Father God planted a Garden eastward in Eden, didn't He do it for Mother God and that they, in Oneness of Being, might share it with their Children? Is God less thoughtful than the human male who desires for his wife a lovely home? “In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.” For whom? Not just for the Children He expected to have someday when the Home was finished, as we say, when the work of creation was completed. Would His first thought not be of a Home for Mother God?


“And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the earth.” This would appear that the “we” or the “us,” the plural, intended to retain direct control over heaven, whatever that might be. “Let US make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the earth.” Their place was to be on earth; their home was to be on earth; and the dominion of God should manifest on earth through them, those who were created in the image and likeness of God. And God did so: “Male and female created he them,” and let them have dominion over the earth.

And Mother God: can we bring forth that which is not like unto ourselves? No. Nor can God. If God had not recognized the reality of the female in relationship to Himself He could not have brought forth the female. You cannot give what you do not have. You cannot make that which you are not. That which you bring forth must come out of the nature of your own being. And so it is with God.


“Male and female created he them.” Then it was done in the image and likeness of God—the likeness of the male and the likeness of the female, the likeness of Father God and the likeness of Mother God. “Let US create mankind in our image, after our likeness.” And God did so: “Male and female created he them.” If these words then be true, male and female patterns of Being are in God, and here is presented to our minds and our hearts another assurance, not only of the reality of Father God but also the reality of Mother God.


Mother God. We have heard about Father God, and we have considered a home in heaven, instinctively if not consciously feeling an assurance that surely there Mother God would be, for we cannot be at home without Mother. And so at the level or the sphere of our function, a man seeks a mate and she becomes the mother in his home, and his concern for mother is not limited to his own personal mother. Mother is in his home, even though his mother is not. Mother. In the likeness and the image of God, “male and female created he them.”

Why have we not seen more of the revelation of Mother God?


Let us pause for a moment. How much of the revelation of Father God have we seen? Can we have a greater revelation of Father God than we have of Mother God on earth? Could it be? In a particular person it may seem to be so, but look at humanity, look at all of us together. Could we expect to have a greater revelation of Father God than we permitted of Mother God? Obviously the answer is No, no matter how we might try. Would Father God say, “It's all right. If you just reveal Me, I don't care whether you reveal Mother God or not. After all, She doesn't amount to much. She's just—oh well, forget about Her”? Does it sound as if the God of Love would express in any such fashion? No.


Here on earth, in the home as human beings know it, will the husband and father permit a recognition of himself that does not include a recognition of wife and mother? Perhaps in some distorted patterns it may seem to be so. But what man is there upon the face of the earth who would arise and say, “I have achieved this greatness, I have accomplished this great thing, without regard to any woman anywhere. Look how great I am. I have never had a woman's influence in my life, never a woman's inspiration,” and so on? What great man, really great man, can you think of who achieved that greatness without regard to woman? If you can think of one you are better than I. I can't think of one single one. There may be some egotistical male somewhere who thinks he did, but I can't imagine his concept of his own greatness standing up very much, or else he is not telling the truth about the influence of the woman—one or the other.


If there is greatness there, woman is there somewhere, and we all know it. And how many examples we have seen—not that he would put her on display and subject her to some unpleasant experience of being projected too much into the forefront, for he is considerate of her in her nature, but he acknowledges her. He speaks for her, and he would not accept acknowledgment which attempted to reject her. There is the point. A real man, having achieved anything, may with due humility accept an acknowledgment, but if that assumed acknowledgment was a rejection of his wife or his mother, as the case may be—or both—would he accept the acknowledgment? Not if he is a man; he would reject the supposed acknowledgment, for to him it would be utterly empty and worthless if, to receive it, he must reject the one or ones who helped him in the attainment. Is God Himself less fair, less true, less honorable, than a man?


Human beings have floundered about, with their lips acknowledging God the Father, trying to achieve something by reason of begging God for this provision or that, but by the very attitude which human beings have shown they have rejected Mother God and then wondered why Father God was so elusive, so hard to find. “Why did He not acknowledge all the acknowledgments we have extended to Him?”


“O God, You are so great. O God, You are so wonderful.” We have repeated such things with our lips and proceeded in our lives, regardless of our lips, to reject Mother God. And God is honorable, and God is fair, and God is true. We did not have to have a consciousness of the idea of Mother God in order to acknowledge Her, although it is better that we do have that consciousness. How is it that we have rejected? Didn't the Master touch upon this point, for He said that there would be some who in that day said, “Lord, Lord, have we not done many wonderful works in Thy name?” And He gave assurance that He would reject them, saying, “Depart from me, all ye workers of iniquity; for I know you not.” Why?


“Lord, Lord, have we not in Thy name done many wonderful works? We have given acknowledgment to Thee.” And the answer comes back, “Depart from me, all ye workers of iniquity; for I know you not.” And God is fair, and God is honorable. And if these things had been done in His Name, would He refuse to acknowledge it? If there had been true response, would He reject it? Certainly not!


So we see another step in the picture. How is it that we have rejected Mother God? We claim with our lips to accept Father God. How are we to accept Him? Can we violate the dignity of the Divine Home and expect to be accepted of Father God? What man among us, having a wife and a home and perhaps children, if an intruder should appear and threaten the safety of his family, threaten the dignity of his home, an intruder who perhaps threatened to ravish his wife—what man among us in such a case would say, “Ah, dear intruder, proceed to do with my family as you will; do with my home as you will. It doesn't matter. I'll call you friend. I'll welcome you.” What man among us would do such a thing? I wonder. If there were one, I would not call him man. No, he would reject the intruder.


And so, do we expect God to be less honorable? And where is the Home? God created heaven and earth, and He planted a Garden eastward in Eden, the earth. This is the Home, right here on earth; this is the Home. And the intruder, devastating the Home, disregarding the integrity of it, attempting to violate—what?—the Body of Mother God. We have considered the violation of the Body of Father God. Have we considered the violation of the Body of Mother God? If in wilful self-activity, man intrudes upon the Home and seeks to violate the Body of Mother God, will Father God receive him? Or will He say, “Depart from me, all ye workers of iniquity, I know you not”?



If God provided for the means of the manifestation of the Body of Father God, would He refuse to provide the means for the manifestation of Mother God? Would He say, “Now, Mother God, I'm going to keep You in heaven. I'm going to provide a means by which I can express Myself on earth. I'm going to have a body down there—that's part of Our Kingdom, part of Our Realm. I created that. But Mother God, You keep out of it now. I'm not going to give You a body down there. It will just be Me down there.” Down where? In hell? No!—a thousand thousand times No. For if God provided the means by which the Body of Father God should appear on earth, just so surely He provided the means by which Mother God should appear on earth. And in the manifestation of the Body of Father God and Mother God on earth—on Earth there should be a Home, a Place Divine, for the revelation of God, for a revelation of the Heavenly Home.


And yet we well know how restless we have been upon the earth, seeking home and not finding it. Has any man among you sought to produce a home, only to find that even with a loving wife, and perhaps with children, it did not turn out to be a fully satisfying home? And has any woman among you sought to establish a home, and even with a loving husband, and perhaps with children, to find that it did not turn out to be? Oh you tried so hard to make it so, you struggled, you did a thousand and one things; and yet that elusive Spirit of Home, for which your whole soul longed, somehow did not appear, and you either blamed husband or wife or children or friends or mother-in-law or father-in-law or someone, or you decided, “We can't know the true essence of Home here on earth. We will have to die and go to heaven, and then we will find the true Spirit of Home. We will have to consider ourselves as pilgrims here, pausing for just a little while on our way Home to Heaven.” Some have come to such a conclusion, but it is not the truth.


If we have not known Home on Earth it is because we have not known on earth the true provision of Father God and the true loving care of Mother God. How could we think to find Home on earth without Mother God? It would be so foolish for us to make the attempt. And this earth is to be the Home where the Master taught men to pray, “Thy kingdom come.” Where? In heaven? Presumably it is already there. Where? On Earth! “Thy kingdom come”—Thy control be established here on earth. “Thy will be done in earth as it is in heaven”—as it is in heaven, which would include Mother God, the manifestation of Mother God on Earth as surely as the manifestation of Father God, and then the sense of Home. What did we do when we as human beings fell? We drove Mother God from Her Home on Earth.


Let us consider your body as a human being, man or woman. You have in that body the elements of the positive and the negative aspects of being, but, male or female, there must be a balancing out in the expression of life in relationship to male and female. Home. If the home be desecrated, would Father God depart from it and leave Mother God to suffer the indignities of the intruders? Certainly not! He might come Himself, as Father God, to see if the Spirit of Home could be established on earth, if it was safe to bring Mother God into it. But do you think He would bring Mother God into it until it was safe for Her to appear? I don't.


There may be some creatures claiming the male aspect of being who, returning to a place where there might be danger, a place where intruders had come, would pause well outside the gate and say, “Now, dear wife, we are back home. We are back home. I don't know whether it is safe for us. You go in and see.” There might be some male creatures who would talk that way, but no man. And how much less God. Yet we expect the revelation of Mother God on earth when it isn't safe for Her to appear?


When the revelation of Father God was made manifest on earth through the body of our LORD, the treatment that He received was such that He decided, “It's all right now, I'll send Mother God into the world”? No, not quite! He insisted that the intruder be cleared out, that the Home be made safe. And then what did He say? And then the body of those who responded and yielded should be—what?—“as a bride adorned for her husband.” The manifestation of Mother God must be through human beings, and that manifestation will not, cannot, come in the sense that makes the reality of Home until the wilful intruders have been cleared from the Home.



And then how shall the body of responding ones be received? There is that which is portrayed here in the Blueprint as presented in Revelation: The Lamb's Wife, that which is prepared as a Bride adorned for her Husband, which is to say the beginning of the manifestation of Mother God, the means by which we may come to know Mother God. But we cannot expect God to send the full revelation of Mother God into the world, or to cause Mother God to be made manifest, if She is to be treated as the world treated Him. We must do something. We could speculate from now, on the nature, the wonder and the beauty of Mother God. We could talk about Her. We could do all kinds of foolish things, but if we are concerned about having a Home on Earth, let us prepare the way and establish a place that is safe, so that God may allow, Father God may allow, not only the manifestation of His own being but the manifestation of Mother God on Earth. There are yet many things which we might consider, but this concludes our meditation for tonight.
