In principle, the Creative Activity by which the outer forms are produced was not a process of depending upon outer substance as the starting point of the making of those forms. At the present time, in the outer sense, trying to look back, man thinks of the forms being made out of the substance such as we have in the world at the present time, but we recognize that in the Original creative processes the substance of this world was produced as ash, so to speak, remaining from what we have called the Creative Fires, or the Creative processes. Then, basic Creation results from action developed in a vibratory sense in the unformed. The ranges of the Creative processes reached through all seven Planes, and were not in any sense limited to the outer planes of which man is cognizant.

When we see that this Creative process, as it came into manifestation in the outer form, was essentially an Activity in the range of what we call, at the present time, the Inner Planes, which Activity was with respect to the Inner Forms, we see that the vibratory Currents set up by the process of the One Law, Action and Reaction or Response, intensified the vibratory function in the responding substance that was being drawn out of the unformed, on a basis that did not allow for any consideration of a separation between Inner and outer, actually, but that they were simply different bands, or ranges, of vibratory manifestation. Therefore, the primary Creative Action took place on the Inner Planes, to create Inner Plane formations. However, the projection of the Pattern and Current was with respect to all planes, carrying down to the inert substance of what we may call the unformed ash, that is, the substance of the earth itself. Then, the focus of the vibratory control Currents were bringing forth an Inner Plane Creation, in harmony with the cycles that were in manifestation, and the outer form appeared as the consequent ash, the lower range of this substance, you might say, in a sense dribbling down from a higher form, which was nevertheless within the focus of this control, so that the outer form came into manifestation from substance that was being pressed out of the current itself, the higher essences, of that same substance entering into the Inner Plane form.

Then, the outer form corresponded thereto, from the standpoint of purposes at the different levels. That does not mean that the outer form looked, in shape, like the Inner form. It does not mean that the purposes of the Inner form, and the purposes of the outer form, were the same, but that the formation, the ash dribbling down through this focus, was harmonious to the conditions of the time in the outer range sphere of things, and that the form received life by reason of its attunement with this earth, by its consequent focus in the Life Ray of that particular type of formation. Then, we see that the cycles were evolving, and that these evolving cycles changed the nature of the forms resulting from this creative process from an Inner standpoint, and that certain of the forms that were made manifest in the earlier forms, as the charges came, were no longer essential and, consequently, passed out of the picture, but that they were the only forms of life that could appear at these earlier stages, that would be harmonized to the conditions existing in the sphere of things at the time. In the evolving of the cycles of the continued operation of the Creative Fires from the Inner Planes, the conditions, in the outer sense, changed, so that the forms could begin to take the shape of that which would have the nature of permanency, from the standpoint of the Garden, but the earlier forms were not from the standpoint of permanency at all.

The earlier forms, the residue of these earlier focalizations, found attunement in the Life Ray at the time, according to the conditions of the outer, for the purposes that were necessary for the outer under those conditions when Creation was first getting under way. It was not a process of those things being created out of substance on the earth at the time; it was a process of their being created, or made. In a sense, they were not made, because Creation was an Inner Plane thing, and that was merely the manifestation of the residue from that particular focalization. Prehistoric monsters, for instance, were the residue of that focalization, but, compatible only to the focalizations or conditions as they were on the earth at that time, as focalizations changed, as things were, those things disappeared; their purposes ended, and other forms began to manifest. The forms were made on the Creation of the Inner Planes, but the God Beings were already created. They were not created on an Inner Plane basis, so that when it came time to make the form through which the God Beings could appear, the substance already made manifest on the face of the earth was utilized in the creation of the body of man, but the things in the Inner Planes that were being created provided the means by which the outer creations were brought into manifestation, because that was the residue of that Inner Plane Creation, and the thing was made from that residue in the process of that Inner Plane thing, and not from substance already in manifestation on the earth prior to that time.

It was the evolution of the changes appearing on the face of the earth that made possible the manifestation of different animals. When the Creation was finished from an Inner Plane standpoint, anything else that was made had to be made from the substance that was there, because God had finished His Work; the Inner Plane Creation was done.

In the final analysis, the creatures that survived during the period of this evolutionary process on earth, resulting from this Inner Plane Creation, were all animals perfect to that manifestation and condition, but man, after he fell, still had attunement in the Creative Power, so that he changed some of these animals into creatures of a distorted nature which have, in a distorted form, continued down to this present day, as a means of combating the enemy. The means of distortion was under the control of the individual who produced these changes, and that was, in a sense, devolutionary.

There was, nevertheless, an evolution of those things appearing on the earth, not from one thing to another thing, but of one type of thing to the next succeeding type of thing, as the processes worked out in the evolution of the cycles, so while the things in that period would appear as antecedents to the things of this period, in any ordinary concept of evolution, actually they were two different things, not one producing the other, but things produced under different conditions at a different time, because of the evolution of the cycles involved.

Prior to the time when the Creation was finished—now, the evolutionists try to gauge their time elements on what they can see now, without consideration to the fact that God had finished His Creation from an Inner Plane standpoint—but the manifestation as it would appear in these various cycles under the Current of a specific Life Ray would be very different one season to another, and from the standpoint of the same things continuing, you could say there was evolution.

I was thinking before of the different types that were possible under those conditions, the different forms that appeared. But, for instance, we will take the example of horses. Suppose, on some day back along the line, the early part of the period—when conditions allowed the manifestation of the horse, the conditions would not allow that which would appear as the cycle actually worked out. The Creative Force producing the residue formation would make it appear, to illustrate, a small creature, because those were the conditions under which it could manifest at the time. In the changing of cycles proper to the Creation, over a period of ten thousand years, to illustrate, the succeeding forms of that might change from a small horse to a horse similar to that which we have today. So, in that sense, there would be evolution, but not from one type to another. If the cycles had changed prior to Creation, there would be change in that species because of the changing conditions held in a changing Life Ray. So, it would appear, in that sense, an evolution.

Was there a Creation of a Form for God Beings? That cannot be answered Yes or No. I do not think I would call it a form. The nature of the manifestation of the God Beings of the Inner Planes is conditioned by the vibratory Currents of the Inner Planes, so that the God Beings, say of the Inner Planes of this world, would not have the identical manifestation that the God Beings that the other worlds would have in relationship to those worlds. However, it is not something that prevents the God Beings of this world from going somewhere else without shedding a body and taking on some other body.

The Creation of the Planets that became the Sun had already been a process in which they had participated. Of course, the Sun was not just one Planet in its original manifestation. It was originally a Planet in relationship to some distant Sun around which other satellites were created. Then this Central Sun became a Planet, and others went out around it. It was what we would call a high focalization of Planet Being that formed the Center of the Creative process, and then, as it all coordinated, the whole thing in this whole unification became the Sun in its final outworking, around which the Solar System began to take form, because no Sun is the result of a Spiritualization of a single Planet.  When I speak of this Planet becoming a Sun, it will actually become part of that Sun which is, the Sun of our Solar System.  It will not be a Sun in the same sense as that; it will be this higher focalization until these other worlds are created around this Sun, and the whole thing within the scope of this Solar System ultimately becomes a Sun, which would be comparable to Betelgeuse. The basic starting point of a Solar System is different from the start of our world, for instance.

The God Being works through certain cycles harmonized to the Cosmos, and in harmony with the Principles and Currents involved and, broadly speaking, we may say that, under proper conditions, or having properly relinquished focalizations to other God Beings, and having fulfilled all responsibilities, etc., God Beings can move anywhere in the Solar System without undergoing any special change. But if, for instance, the God Being were going to make a journey to some point beyond the Solar System, to the Central SUN of Suns, there would be a stop, we might call it, at the point of the Sun – a period of refocalization, or preparation, to undergo certain changes which would allow the leaving of this Solar System, and movement toward the Center of this universe on the Current of relationship between the Sun and the Center of the universe.

In other words, out here, the function is on the Current in relationship to the Planets involved in the Sun, and the God Being could work it out individually, in relationship to any Planet in the Solar System; but, going beyond that, there would be the clearing through the Sun, the re-polarization of the vibratory Currents in the Body of the God Being, that would be harmonized to the Current in the Sun of the Center of the universe and, at that point, there would be another re-polarization from the Center of the universe on to the next Current, etc., going through those changes in vibratory rates and polarities until the God Being would be prepared to approach the SUN of Suns, because they could not, in that particular state, move to the Central SUN of Suns. So, there are changes, but it would not be comparable to incarnation, as we think of it out here, although it is the core there from the Inner Plane standpoint.
