Here Am I—Send Me To Speak The Word Of Truth

Hear  Am  I

Send  Me  To  Speak  The  Word  Of  Truth

condensed from Morning and Evening services

Martin Exeter   September 8, 1985

We rejoice to come with one accord into the holy place. In humility and awe we may be in the presence of the Supreme One whom we love and are here to serve on earth. Without Him we are nothing. Aware of this, we know why we are here present in this hour and in all the days of our living on earth. I am reminded of a verse from the Book of Isaiah: “Also I heard the voice of the Lord, saying. Whom shall I send, and who will go for us? Then said I, Here am I; send me.”

What is it that is lacking in the experience of mankind? It is quite obvious that there remains a void in human experience the world around, a void which is emphasized by the conflict and destructiveness that is easily observable. Something is missing. “Here am I; send me.” Send me into this void, that I may bring into it what is lacking. Where shall this come from? Out of the intellectual endeavors of supposedly clever human beings? Or should it come out of some unknown place, which we might define by using the word heaven, into the earth? How could anything come out of heaven into the earth without someone being present to convey it?

There isn’t a person on the face of the earth who, if he is really honest, would not admit that there is a certain emptiness, a certain awareness of lack of what might be called fulfillment. Constant human striving seeks some sort of fulfillment for oneself or fulfillment for mankind—but there is no fulfillment without the Supreme One who freely offers what is necessary to fill the void. The fulfillment could never be known at any other time than this present moment. There is no reluctance on the part of the Supreme One to provide everything that is necessary in the present moment. The reluctance has always been in human hearts and minds to receive it. Most people have been educated into imagining that they know better what should happen—judgment, human opinion, which arrogantly presumes to know what should happen. And if it doesn’t happen in the way that one has decided that it should happen, then there is reason for judgment and condemnation. This is the state of affairs in human experience: a reluctance to be swept clean.

We have taken note before of what it is that is required to be swept clean, summarized in a little word—repent. Stop being so arrogant, stop imagining that your opinions amount to a row of beans, or that the void which is known by everybody can be eliminated by filling it up with judgment and opinions. That is exactly what maintains it, because there is no reluctance on the part of life itself to fill the void once the clutter gets out. Why is it such a difficult thing for a person to realize that the only reason that fulfillment is not known is because this clutter is maintained? And it all centers in this matter of judgment.

Tradition is constantly being brought forward—the unconscious compulsion of all people, springing out of their hereditary past, sustained on earth with religious fervor, even to this very hour. There is a full bag of stuff available to drag into the present and object to it; consequently there is no space—virtually none anywhere on earth—to receive what is available in the present. This business of maintaining the traditions of the past, either by agreeing with them or by objecting to them, is a way by which fulfillment may be prevented. There is no celestial broom which may sweep out the rubbish, unless the human being concerned is willing to let it be swept out—they eventually get swept out anyway with the rubbish. That is rather an unsatisfactory conclusion to existence on earth. There is a good deal of objection to this traditional habit of dying, but virtually no one has been willing to let it pass away. The tradition is maintained to the last breath, literally!

If we now, in this configuration of people, are willing to recognize the complete valuelessness of the earthly tradition, which maintains human beings in the state of dying, so that there is repentance of this rather ridiculous attitude, then we may really be going somewhere instead of mucking around until we are dead, which is a description of human existence on earth—not a very beautiful picture, certainly not an evidence of the true stature of man, male and female. Why would anyone be interested in preserving it? It is all valueless. If we have space within our own present experience to admit into expression in our living what it is that is coming out of heaven, then clearly what has heretofore occupied our attention must cease to be important to us.

This willingness, indicated by the verse which I read—“Here am I; send me”—relates to the matter of coming out of heaven. “I am the one in heaven; send me into the earth.” This relates to spirit, doesn’t it? As human beings, we get all hung up on form; that is what we complain about. It doesn’t conform to our opinion; therefore we think it is wrong. Who said so? Well, one judged that it was so. Judge not, and be concerned to provide a facility of flesh—a body, a mind and heart—to convey out of heaven into the earth what is seeking to flow forth. But it can’t get past all these hereditary barriers, all these human traditions out of the past, that we maintain in the form of our opinions and ideas and concepts. It is not surprising, then, that life runs out. We squeeze it out! We prevent it from appearing. Everybody has been committed to dying, because there was an absolute refusal to relinquish all the things which have dammed the person from the easy flow out of heaven into the earth. There has been a dam there, so it is not surprising that everybody has been damned. They are damned; we all have been damned! So, relinquishing our trusteeship of tradition, there may be space for what it is that would flow forth out of heaven into the earth, if any of us, as individuals and together, are willing to let it be so.

It is a very simple proposition. It is a matter that I have personally been concerned with for some time, forty years by now; before that I kept things dammed up pretty well. There is a necessity of acknowledging spirit. Spirit may be differentiated in various ways, but that differentiation all comes out of one point. We have referred to that as a focus point. If spirit is to be sent into the world of mankind it must come from this one point. There are not a dozen different points, there is just one point. This is what makes possible peace on earth—something that a host of people claim they would want, but they only want it on their own terms. So there is no peace, no possibility of peace, on that basis, ever. But there is a focus of spirit which may be brought into the earth. It is one spirit in heaven. It is differentiated into the earth, rightly so, but it only comes into the earth on the basis of this One Spirit in heaven—one spirit characterized by love, truth, life, but these describe aspects of spirit which are inseparable. You can't have love without truth; you can’t have life without love and truth. The spirit is one, waiting to be conveyed into the earth. In the external sense there is equipment available, lots of it sitting around here, to let this conveyance be made; but it can never be made as long as one remains a trustee of tradition. That absolutely blocks it, and damns the person who is blocking it.

Now we have an opportunity of opening the sluices in the dam, that something may begin to pour forth which can sweep away the traditions out of the past. We are the ones who are present in this particular configuration today to let the past go and to receive what is already present. It isn’t a form; it isn’t anything that can be judged. It just is. That is-ness is made known to us because we express it. It flows forth of its own nature. It just simply flows forth. There it is; it’s already there, waiting to come forth. There has been no space for it, no willingness, a complete reluctance to let it happen, because all these other things were deemed to be so important—they’ve been the habit. The habit of judgment is perhaps the very strongest one in human beings. It has to be let go. You have to recognize that it is a control factor. You can think about it, and you can say, No. That’s a little word that most people find very hard to say. One becomes aware of something: No! Because what you become aware of will almost certainly be out of tradition, out of habit, out of the past, out of what you have supposedly inherited from your forebears. Aren’t they terrible people? They’ve stuck us with all this stuff! We don’t judge. If we are stuck with it, we stuck ourselves with it. We have no excuse, no possible justification. Let it go, that we may allow what it is that is available from heaven in the moment to pour forth. In pouring forth it will sweep away the controls out of the past. It is the only way it can happen.

So we let the tradition go because there is something fresh and new, wonderful, beautiful, glorious, to come forth. We are present on earth that this should be so. The fact of the matter is, spiritually speaking, each said, “Here am I; send me”— not physically speaking, not mentally speaking, not emotionally speaking. Here am I: Spirit. Send me into the earth. I’ll use this flesh body, its mind and its heart, for the expression of what I am. To let that happen is repentance. Repentance is a one-shot deal: you either do or you don’t; you either do or you are damned! That’s the fact of the matter. How wonderful to be light. Being light means having fun, amongst other things, doesn’t it? There is nothing terrible about repentance at all. You relinquish the old burdensome yoke and discover the yoke that is easy and the burden that is light. And it may be said that Christ has come; we’ve been speaking of what it is that comes down out of heaven into the earth—same thing. We are here to let it happen; we are capable of letting it happen; we have all the equipment to let it happen. Let’s let it happen then. What a wonderful and blessed opportunity it is to share in this wonder, this beauty, this glory, which is just waiting to spill out if we are men and women enough to let it happen—that the fulfillment may come—not for us, we are not interested in fulfillment, we are fulfilled already from the true standpoint. All we are interested in is conveying that fulfillment into the world.

Here am I—send me to speak the Word of Truth, that that Word might be made flesh. That summarizes my purpose and commission. Each one of you, and all who have shared in the creative process by which this flesh has been drawn together by reason of the power of the Word of Truth to constitute a spiritual body on earth, can share with me the same statement of willingness: Here am I—send me to speak the Word of Truth for which I am responsible, that this Body may indeed be complete and available, with an open heart and mind, for the right use of the Supreme One. This commission is no less yours than it is mine. The Spirit of Truth has called it to your remembrance, and is now calling it to your remembrance in this very moment.

Here am I—send me into this Body, not to condemn it but to raise it up, to raise it up by the power of the spirit, that the Supreme One may have a Body through which to reveal the wonder, the beauty and the glory of being on earth. All this is being called to remembrance by the Spirit of Truth. There are many things in memory which must be forgotten. The forgetting process is the process of letting whatever is present in that memory be transmuted into the experience and expression of the truth.

Here am I—send me. The Spirit of Truth calls to remembrance that statement of commission now accepted into the memory of human consciousness. The commission was accepted: we are here; but the fact of it has tended to be withheld and excluded from our own consciousness until the Spirit of Truth is permitted to call it to remembrance. It may be a somewhat faint memory to start with; it somehow rings a little bell in consciousness. But gradually, as we remain immersed in the heavenly atmosphere—because we eschew discord, for one thing—the memory becomes clearer, the tone of the bell sounds loud and clear. Because that tone sounds loud and clear the Word of Truth is known and spoken. Then because it is known and spoken the Word is made flesh. We have the evidence of that flesh in our own physical forms, and in our own experience of this Spiritual Body. Here is tradition being transmuted into present fact. As it is, there is no need for the tradition anymore; it is gone, because the truth is here, known, and in expression. We all have the joyous privilege of sharing it.

We have been sent, certainly, not to condemn this Body which is taking form, nor to condemn the greater body of mankind which is included in our commission, but to raise it up. We have, in whatever measure, let our own flesh and consciousness be raised up to a certain level. We have proof of the effectiveness and the power of the Spirit of Truth in action. We have perhaps delayed the process by forgetting what we have been reminded of year after year: that we did not come on earth to condemn the Body that should take form, but to raise it up. If we ourselves have been raised up to the extent that we have, then surely we should be most willing to let others be raised up also. We would never put a stumbling block which might prevent the process from working in others. We would not put a stumbling block to prevent the process from working in our own minds and hearts, through self-condemnation, but consciously, on earth, trust the creative power of the spirit, which we were commissioned to bring, to do its work. Not by human efforts, not by anything that can be humanly devised, is this miraculous process brought to pass, but simply because there are those human hearts and minds, present in human form on earth, that are willing to let tradition pass because it is transmuted into present experience by the spirit.

Do we still have so much faith, humanly speaking, in the hopes and the efforts of human minds and hearts unaware of the truth? Surely not. We have the commission, and the Spirit of Truth calls it to remembrance. It is being called to remembrance in the words that I am speaking now, called to remembrance in your consciousness and in my own. If I call it to remembrance in words, because of what it is that springs forth into expression in this moment, so also can you. There is One Spirit—to be differentiated, it is true, but it all springs from that One Spirit—the focus of which is present because of this collective flesh body which is taking form by reason of the Word. Indeed it is the Word made flesh, and it is adequate because of this, if the consciousnesses of those concerned are willing to let it be adequate. There has been a certain unwillingness in this regard, both with respect to the personal sense of inadequacy, which is there in human beings because the truth has not been called to remembrance; and there is also the inadequacy that is supposed to exist in others, where one might say, “I cannot trust this Body because the members thereof are so inadequate.” That is a dangerous judgment to make, in the first place, “For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again.” And we have considerable experience of this.

What is sown must be reaped, and when it is reaped let us not sow again the same tare seeds. What would the purpose be? Yet this is done continuously in human experience, but surely not in the experience of the consciousness of this Body. Undoubtedly there is some harvest around yet to be reaped by each of us individually and by all of us collectively. This is the traditional condition, humanly established, and so the traditions come home to roost. But we need not sow the same seeds which produced them in the first place, the seeds which were sown in separation from the Supreme One and from His Spirit. We would sow these true seeds now, and always: no judgment; that clutters up the landscape. We are simply concerned with the beauty of truth, which allows for the experience of the wonder of love and the glory of life.

Here am I—send me to reveal the unhindered glory of life. I no longer can allow my human consciousness to suppose that there is anything that can prevent it. Here am I—send me through this particular human form, through this particular mind and heart, to speak the Word of Truth, that the Word may be made flesh, the flesh of this Spiritual Body which has taken form and is continuing to take form in the midst of the flesh body of mankind. The Father sent not His Son through this Body into the world to condemn the world, but that the world, through this flesh body, might be raised up, the body of mankind might be raised up. We see this happening. We may observe the changes that are being wrought in the consciousness of many people. There are many more perhaps in whom there is no great evidence of constructive change, but there is change nevertheless. Some are raised up, some go down, but all this comes to pass just to the extent that there is this Core Body revealing the Word made flesh. We would never condemn this Body. If we condemn this Body we certainly condemn the world, because what happens in this Body is what happens in the world.

If the Word is truly allowed to be made flesh—because we don’t buck it, we don’t object to it, we don’t judge it, we don’t condemn it, we let it be—then condemnation is not offered to the world, but the power of salvation, that all the traditions of men may be transmuted into the experience of the Word made flesh. This is the trust that we hold in our hands. Our concern as angels on earth is to let this body of flesh be raised up. Our concern is with this Body. It is of supreme importance to us. We are concerned constantly with the welfare of this Body, to bless it—certainly not to curse it by our condemnation in judgment but to bless it with our spirit, which we bring individually through our flesh bodies, minds and hearts, into every momentary experience. Here we are, awakened in consciousness to do this. Here we are again on earth, aware.

The beauty of truth is received into the expression of heart and mind in each moment of living, that this Body may prosper, that this Body may be charged with the expression of our individual differentiation of this One Spirit constantly. Certainly we would never allow our hearts and minds to become parasitic, sucking the life-blood out of this Body, which is done when we forget why it is we are here—and we forget that because we deny the Spirit of Truth. Let us never deny or betray the Spirit of Truth. Betrayal is fatal. Denial may have a second chance, even a third and a fourth until seventy times seven, but don’t trade on that! for somewhere along the way the books are closed; that’s it. We would that when that happens we ourselves might be assured that we have fulfilled our task, that we did not fail.

I am thankful that we are able, in our earthly hearts and minds, to comprehend what it is that has taken form in words, and so be reminded of the truth, of the Angelic Commission which is the fact for each one, however much or however little that may have been as yet the experienced fact. We rejoice as angels to abide in heaven and to conduct ourselves fittingly through the equipment that is available to us in the fulfillment of the commission and the purpose for which we are present in human form.

Focus For The Creative Process

Focus  For  The  Creative  Process

Martin Exeter   February 15, 1987

We have no telephone connection this morning with any grouping, so those who are here gathered have the total responsibility of providing a focus of the creative process. This is shared vibrationally with many, and will be shared by video and transcript a little later in a more direct way. All those who share in this way allow for the greater radiation to occur, vibrationally speaking, to all who will participate in giving form and meaning to the already present and focused creative process. Here there is an expanding awareness, insofar as we are concerned, of what it is that is actually occurring—invisibly one might say. Nevertheless we are keenly aware, from our own experience, that the creative process has effect. And it has a very specific effect when there are those present who are willing and capable of letting it be drawn to a point of focus in the manner which is present with us now, and is specifically our responsibility now.

All that transpires because of the working of this creative process does so inexorably. We are aware of how it works. Necessarily it must work through the state of consciousness of people, wherever they may be, and produces results in form accordingly. Mankind as a whole is responsible for what has emerged into form on earth. It is there because of their own state of consciousness. Our state of consciousness is included in this of course. There is a distinction, to the extent that we have become aware of our responsibility, not only to provide focus for the creative process in an hour such as this, but to let that creative process and the focus of it continue in our experience during the course of our daily living. It seems that people are sometimes willing to initiate something, but seldom are they willing to carry through in what might be described as backup. It isn’t backup either; it’s simply a continuing creative movement of this process which is maintained in focus by those who let it be so in their daily living.

We may have a particular responsibility now in this setting to be aware in a very conscious way of the fact of this movement of the creative process. We share in it in this moment. Our attention is being drawn to the fact that we share in it, and we are aware that it is the quality and character of our living that determines the extent to which we may share in it. It has little to do with what concepts we may have about it, what beliefs we may have, what mental activity may be involved in thinking about it, or what emotions may be involved also. It is what actually happens in our experience, in these moments and in the moments of our subsequent living, that tells the tale. Most people shy away from this recognition as it relates to themselves personally. Someone else is always supposed to have the responsibility; and because this attitude is so widely taken, then it is always possible to blame somebody else for the troubles that seem to ensue.

The working of the creative process, amongst other things, brings trouble, because human beings certainly resist that working in favor of trying to have their own way, of trying to do the things they want to do. The whole of the human civilized state, as it is called, is based in this endeavor. Sometimes human beings have a wide scope of license in this regard. This is present in what is called the free world. The free world is far from being free! And in other conditions by reason of other systems in the human world, the active action of human beings is somewhat restricted. Nevertheless people think what they want to think, even though it may follow out the lines of popular thought, and they are subject to the emotions which arise in reaction to what is going on in an external sense. This a confused state of affairs, as we well know. So something needs to be brought to focus in the midst of this, which is not confused, which is a clear expression of the creative process—the clear expression of the creative process now, for us together in this setting, and a clear expression continuing as we take the responsibility of this expression in our individual daily living. It seems that there are very few who are even interested in doing this, and even fewer who know what it is they are doing.

We are present here, in order that we may provide a conscious awareness of the factual movement of the creative process being brought to focus in ourselves and moving in radiation beyond ourselves—beyond ourselves in the sense of permeating the consciousness of the body of mankind as a whole. But we have our responsibility. That penetration will take care of itself if we accept what is necessary from the standpoint of our own encompassment of the focus of the creative process, now, in this moment. You can’t do it at any other time—it’s always now. That’s wonderful, isn’t it because it’s always the moment when the focus for the creative process may be provided. It never slips away from us. We may slip away from the focus of the creative process, and we suffer the consequences if we do. But we have sufficient understanding and awareness to maintain position in this natural place where we belong. As this is done it may be said, in analogy, that the windows of heaven are opened.

We ourselves provide those windows. There is a tendency on the part of people in general to look somewhere else for something to happen, for a window to be open—in the Christian world maybe for the second coming of Christ. It’s been long delayed, seemingly. But there is still hope in some that a magical occurrence will put in an appearance: a window will be opened in heaven, or perhaps a door in this instance, through which this imaginary character may come to save all good professing Christians. This is a very self-centered view.

Our responsibility, which we recognize, is not to try to be saved in some fashion. If we take a good honest look at ourselves in the mirror we might doubt as to why it would be necessary to save us! Seldom is that good honest look taken by anyone on earth. We have a recognition that playing our part in allowing this focus of the creative process to occur in oneself as an individual permits a window of heaven to be opened, not particularly for oneself but because one is the window of heaven being opened. Most people seem to anticipate a window of heaven being opened somewhere else for them—this is continuing self-centeredness—whereas the acceptance of the responsibility of being the window of heaven is something else again.

The facility of body, mind, and heart may be the open window of heaven, or the closed and shuttered window of heaven. It has, for the most part, been closed and shuttered. Now the shutters are opened a little crack and there begins to be an awareness that there is something to be poured forth—not to me but because of me, because of what I am, because of these human facilities which are provided in order to be the window of heaven—not a window closed and shuttered but a window wide open, so that there may be radiation. This has been described: Let your light so shine. Radiation. The words have meant very little. The light is already present. No one needs to go anywhere to get it. There are human beings who are searching high and low in an endeavor to find the meaning of life. Let us be an open window for the radiation of life. Then we will know what the meaning is.

No one can find the meaning of life by searching for it. One can only find the meaning of life by living it, without any human distortions. The human distortions arise because of this human self, which is permanently afraid, inadequate, and all the rest. It tries to put on a big front sometimes. But this fearfulness is present because there is a subconscious awareness at least that this human self is in the business of passing away, a business which is completed somewhere along the way. And if one is identified with that, well you’re gone. But obviously we are well aware that there would be no human self at all, there would be no body with its mind and heart, if it was not for the fact that there is a focus of life present.

YouTube  Video

We have seen this in terms of an angelic presence. To start with, there is the thought that this angel is someone other than oneself, because one is so familiar with the human self, which is anything but angelic! It’s a pain in the neck, isn’t it? It’s a pain in the neck for ourselves, and for everybody else too! How about letting the window be opened? Well we are participating in the creative process by which this may occur. This does occur as there is a willingness to participate in the process. We have had some willingness at least. I think we would all have to admit that it hasn’t been all that much heretofore. Let us not be proud of anything that we suppose may have been achieved, because what needs to happen certainly hasn’t happened yet. The window is not fully open, and what is ready to come forth has not consequently come fully forth. It has been restricted in various ways by all our human hang-ups. Of course we have been very earnest in an endeavor to dissipate these human hang-ups. We have struggled with them a certain amount. We have been intent upon being good people. There are lots of human beings on the face of the earth, millions of them, who are earnestly endeavoring to be good people. But the truth the beauty, of what should be present cannot be present on that basis, because the window is being held firmly closed and shuttered.

It isn’t that there should be found some sort of a cure for human nature, so that this human self might be corrected and do what it’s supposed to do. Well what it is supposed to do is pass away. That should be obvious enough, because that is what it does. That is what it is supposed to do. Most human selves don’t relish the prospect, or the process of it happening. But all have experience in that regard. Some of the evidences of this occur on a physical basis: the physical body decays. The process of decay is classified as disease. Let us endeavor to cure disease—this is the approach. The attempt is an attempt to do the impossible, for one thing, but also to defeat the creative process. And human beings may then say, if they are able to cure disease, “We did it! We don’t really need the creative process at all. We cured disease. We have everything under control without the creative process. Isn’t that nice?” The human self has then triumphed. But this is something impossible to achieve.

The whole effort to solve problems is a waste of time. As we have recognized, if you solve some particular problem, you find shortly that you have created ten more. The whole thing is becoming pretty overwhelming these days. Of course! Naturally so; it’s quite the way it should be. Let’s not object to it. It isn’t a matter of solving problems, solving the problem of ill health, the problem of human nutrition, the problem—all these problems. Whether they are deemed to be social problems or political problems or any other problems, it is futile to undertake to try to solve them. One may seem to solve a particular problem, but shortly you discover that you have half a dozen others.

It isn’t a matter of solving problems; it’s a matter of dissolving human nature. Human nature is the problem—you can’t solve it. You can’t make human nature be anything other than human nature; that’s what it is. There is no way by which you may correct your human nature so that it isn’t human nature. It becomes just another brand of human nature. It looks a little different perhaps, but it’s the same damned thing. It’s damned, condemned; it passes away. In one sense you could say that is the solution: Let human nature pass away. When human nature passes away, all its problems pass away too. That should give a clue as to how it is that these things that human beings struggle with may be dissolved. Let human nature be dissolved.

But, I note, even those who have some vision in this regard still are very much concerned about preserving human nature. One of the first things that most people do when they get sick is to run to the doctor. Oh there is quite a wide range of doctors, mind you, that you can choose from, plying their trade in all the different healing arts, as they are called—healing arts, healing. What are they going to do? Cure human nature? Cure the state which human beings produce by reason of human nature? God forbid! Let that increase. Let it take out what doesn’t belong. That’s a pretty tough proposition, isn’t it, when you suddenly discover perhaps you’re the one who does not belong. Well that should cause a little awakening. How about becoming the one that does belong? And if you want to dissolve human nature, with all its associated states, don’t try to preserve it. That should be obvious enough. I’m sure we all claim that human nature should pass away; and we nod our heads in agreement, but “Not mine please!” is what we tend to say.

There is a resurgence of interest in what we have called attunement. Maybe there is something dawning finally in someone’s consciousness that when one is attuned with the creative process you don’t need to be healed, you don’t need to be cured of anything. If the approach to what have been called attunements is, “Well I’m going to be cured of what is ailing me,” you will find that attunement is no better than any of the other efforts that have been made in the human sense to cure what is incurable. Mind you, various so-called diseases are seemingly dealt with; but, as I say, they may vanish under their old names but they reappear under half a dozen new names. We see this certainly happening in the world now. It has always been so but it is somewhat speeded up and intensified these days, so that failures and the results thereof occur much more quickly. Human nature is rapidly passing away. It could take a lot of people with it, couldn’t it? If one is identified with that, out you go. This has been common practice in every generation, considered natural: everybody dies. Yes, of course. In human nature, that is the way it is. Human nature passes away. As the total identity of the individual has tended to be in human nature and in the facility which allows human nature to be made known on earth—namely human bodies, minds and hearts—then they pass away too. “Good riddance!” That is easy to say when you are looking over there. But how about what is present with oneself?

We have seen these things and we have undertaken to provide a certain focus for the creative process, which is in the business of dissolving human nature. This is what the creative process is doing. It is being intensified in these days. There are various obvious reasons why this is so. But in any case, one way or another, human nature is on the way out. Is that cause for rejoicing, or cause for misery? That depends on where one’s identity is, doesn’t it? Is one quite content to let human nature pass away, even if it takes you out, as a human body, mind and heart? Is that all the experience you know? It is a principal one, isn’t it? But there is some awareness at least that there is someone else present; and there is, with some, the conscious recognition that “I am present”. One is the one who is present, and the one who is present is not identified by human nature, is not identified by this human self. As long as the human self is big and fat it obliterates what I am, obliterates from its own experience—that is, from the experience of this body and mind and heart. But now, perhaps, there begins to be a certain openness in this regard where one no longer clings to all the things that have been present—good, bad and indifferent—all the things of human nature. These are good, bad and indifferent. They all need to go, because they are all what composes human nature. So we are not trying to be good; we are not trying to be bad either; and we are certainly not interested in being indifferent, mediocre. We are interested in discovering, in human experience, who I am.

I am the incarnate one. I am the angel. I am a son or a daughter of God. That is my identity. I am quite aware of those distorted factors that are present in my body and mind and heart, but I will not let those distorted factors determine my identity. They are not my identity. They are present there because of a very lengthy human heredity. They are present there because of that. I do not put any store in that identity which comes out of the past. It has been raising particular hell on earth for a long time. I come to the point where my body and mind and heart are at least considering obedience to ME. It could be said that I am an absolute dictator in that regard. My body, my mind, my heart have no say in the matter at all. They are simply the means by which I may be present on earth, allowing the outpouring of radiation, the sounding of the tone.

To the extent that there is such radiation and the tone is sounded, everything that happens is as a result. Everything that happens in me, as a human body, mind, and heart, happens as a result. But only when I am present, and my body and mind and heart are obedient to that fact, is the happening radiant, is there an outpouring of radiation, is there a focused sounding of the tone. When that tone sounds, and the radiation pours forth, everything that takes place in effect is a result of that radiation. How could you then judge it? How could you say, “This is good and this is bad”? It’s all exactly what it should be.

We ourselves have discovered, in the human sense, that all the things that have occurred in our human past to bring us to this point have brought us to this point. Is there something wrong with them then? Can we look back and bewail this or that? Certainly not, because everything that occurred brought us to this point. The creative process worked perfectly, in spite of all our judgments, and we’ve had lots of them back along the way. We have condemned ourselves for doing this and doing that, and we have certainly condemned other people for what they did to us—poor us. But whatever was done by anyone at any time during this period has brought us to this point. The creative process works in spite of human judgment.

We are in position to give focus to that creative process. Instead of unconsciously bucking it, as we did most of the time, we can consciously agree with it and let it work, so that there may be a window opened in heaven for the outpouring of radiation into the total consciousness of mankind. And it will have the exact, correct effect in that consciousness. It can’t do anything else. Everything that occurs in human consciousness will be a part of the process by which human nature is dissolved, because that is the purpose of the creative process: that human nature may no longer exist but that there may be Man, male and female, on earth, the open window of heaven through which the outpouring radiation and the sounding of the tone may be clear and true. Consequently all creation for which man is responsible may come into alignment, may stand up in the correct design. It happens because of the creative process. It never happens by reason of manipulation by human nature. We have all manipulated: and there is an immense amount of manipulation going on presently on earth. Let it go on! We can say that, the very moment we are identified with the creative process, because it will all be part of the process by which human nature passes away. And that is what we are here to let happen.

So we share this easy and natural responsibility, but only to the extent that we ourselves have accepted the state of being an open window of heaven. Then the radiation floods forth. If you mentally try to figure it out—“Well I need to look at this to see whether radiation really is going out”—immediately you are a closed window, so it isn’t going out. But as long as the window stays open you become aware very simply, very easily, very directly, of what it is that is happening. You begin to see the happening. You recognize the effects of what it is that is pouring forth in radiation and in the sounding of the tone, and you are delighted with that. It may be, and certainly will be, painful to human nature. Human nature never liked dying; certainly protracted dying it doesn’t favor at all. So if that looks imminent, sometimes it gets it over quick!

It isn’t a matter of what human nature likes or doesn’t like. It is a matter of allowing the creative expression of the one I am. That is the necessity for each individual: and when it is allowed to be factual for each individual, then it is factual for all of those collectively. There is a Body, and there is One incarnate in that larger Body. Because of that One incarnate in that larger Body, there is the radiation through the window of heaven which the Body provides into the consciousness of mankind. The sorting out process happens automatically. One may be in position as an individual to provide a helping hand here and a helping hand there, knowing what it is that is happening with people—but at the same time one is, in a sense, quite aloof from it because it is going to happen anyway. Our concern is that there should be as many people as possible who let themselves participate in the creative aspect of the happening. So we share a concern in this regard; there is a compassion in this regard.

There is no compassion at all, in fact, for the passing of human nature. That seems very hard to human nature—of course! it is—but for those who emerge out of that state it is a wonder of wonders; it is an experience of beauty and of glory. The restoration occurs. And this is not a concept of the mind. You can’t define it, you don’t know what it would be; but you can let it happen. And we let it happen moment by moment by moment in our living. We let it happen in a setting such as this to the extent that we are willing, and we emphasize it thereafter in every aspect of our living. All must be radiant, all must be characterized by the sounding of the tone.

Any moment when we try to get our own way, try to maintain some aspect of human nature that we are familiar with, we obliterate the tone. I have heard, and I’m sure you have heard, from people, “Well I really am this way. It’s because I…” They have a good reason as to why they are that way; they had something in their childhood, or whatever it was. But why sustain that? Why insist upon it? It remains as long as one insists upon it. The very moment you let it go, it’s gone. But human identity has been so thoroughly wrapped up in all these human nature factors that there is an awareness on the part of human nature that if it lets go of those factors it is going to pass away; and it doesn’t want to pass away! So there is the claim, “Well I am this way. I have always been this way.” Let it go. You don’t know the way you really are until you let it go. And if anyone needs assurance that the way they really are is an improvement, I would confirm the fact! There is no comparison, actually. But it is something one has to do for oneself.

I rejoice that we share a focus of these things in this setting, that this focus may be of the creative process and not of human nature, and that we may carry this focus of the creative process with us, individually, in our momentary living. We have no being, other than that, the being of the creative process. If we try to fool ourselves that we have some other sort of being, we find out sooner or later that we have fooled ourselves. So it is good to participate in the current of the spirit within the creative process in this hour, and individually and together in all the hours to come.

Your Job And Mine

 Your  Job  And  Mine

Martin Cecil   February 19, 1984

Everything always comes to focus in the present moment. This is the present moment. This is the point of fulfilment when the fire from heaven is differentiated into the earth. How is it to happen now? We can think up analogies and have some ideas about it, which indeed may be helpful at times, assisting in the opening of the door by which the fire may fall and actually be known by each one in the present moment. We use words such as “fire,” even “love,” which only describe something which must actually happen in experience to be known. We do not know it merely by the use of words.

Our concern has been, in particular my concern has been over the years, to allow the creative working of spirit to bring forth a unified Body of individuals which would be capable of letting the fire fall from heaven—one way of describing it—of participating directly and immediately in the creative process which is and always has been operating. This Body comes into alignment, rightly, with the working of that creative process so that the experience of that working can be known. As we have all realized, if we stand a little off to one side all we can have are some ideas about it. If we are fairly close they may be good ideas, I suppose, but still only imagination. Only as the alignment is absolute can the truth be known. If the light emanates from you there are no shadows to be seen. The shadows are only there when one is apart from the light, separate from it; then there are shadows all around and there is wondering about them. We let ourselves come into alignment. As I say, my principal reason for being present with you and others is to fulfil a commission or a responsibility which is mine: to permit this unified form composed of individual people to come into alignment with the creative process. Down along the way over many, many years there has been a good deal of fussing this way and that, people struggling with all kinds of things, overlooking the one purpose for which anyone is on earth. And there is still a certain amount of fussing going on, a certain amount of trying to understand and not understanding, when all that has ever been necessary has been to come into alignment, as a person individually, with the already existing and working creative process. If you do that you know it. If you don’t do it you don’t know it, and you wonder what all the talk is about.

This unified, fused Body which has been in the process of taking form over a long time—or a short time, depending what time frame you are putting it in—has been for the sole purpose of assuming responsibility for the creative process on earth. We have called it administering the creative process, which doesn’t really describe what is required, but indicates at least something. This is the responsibility of those individuals who compose this Bodynot my responsibility. My responsibility is to do what I might to allow the Body to take form. That is my reason for being present on earth. Whether I have succeeded or not still remains to be seen. But that has very little to do with the responsibility which rests upon the individuals who compose the Body, for what is to happen is their responsibility—not mine. It is absolutely in the hands of each one.

I have sought to discharge my own responsibility the best I knew how over the years. I have you to show for it! There are some others as well. But I have not really done my job that well if you, individually speaking, do not assume the responsibility of alignment with the creative process. That implies that you are no longer trying to work things out yourself. To most people, not trying to work things out yourself leaves a blank. To the extent that I have done my job well it doesn't leave a blank insofar as you are concerned; it leaves you in position to do what you are here to do. But remember, it's not what I’m here to do. No use looking to me to get your job done—I’m not here to do that. I was here and have been here to do something else. I suppose if I’ve done a good job there comes a point when I am not necessary anymore. That’s all right with me; I trust it’s all right with you too. We are quite willing to let things work the way they work. But I am making this distinction this evening principally to bring a little greater intensity perhaps to your responsibility, because you can’t look to anyone else to do it—least of all me. This is not the reason for my presence on earth [greatcosmicstory.blogspot.com/2022/03/now-or-neverfocus-of-essences.html] but it is the reason for yours, and we are not very useful unless we acknowledge the reason for our presence.

So the fire falls from heaven if you give it focus, individually speaking, in your particular creative field. That means the place where you are and with respect to the circumstances in that place, whatever they may be in a given moment, and with respect to the people who are present with you in that place. And so the creative expression of your living comes into alignment with the creative process as a whole to the extent that you actually do bring to focus what is falling from heaven in your dealings with your circumstances and with the people immediately around you. Do you have an understanding respect, for instance, for other people? This should be very easy for those who are participating in this creative process. Are you going to look at your fellow and say: “I’m participating in this more than you are”—really? How do you know? Why not have respect for yourself and for everybody else too, so that you treat others with care and with understanding?—not so much because they might have the opportunity of feeling that they are being understood, as to reveal what it means to understand, something which may be shared by anyone.

We have talked a lot in times past about self-centeredness. It is the human state. Is it transcended in our own experience? We come to know whether it is or not by the way we handle each other, our affairs, with love, thoughtfulness, respect. We have a base to stand on, after all. Let’s stand on it then, and stay on it, so that what needs to happen may do so. And we’ll find out what that is because there is factually spiritual expression, which is love in expression at whatever level may be fitting in the moment. Sometimes that love finds expression without any particular form. That might be called atmosphere. You have substance in which to enfold another person. Maybe that is all that is necessary. Sometimes when others seem to get a little uppity, maybe that’s all that’s necessary. You don't need to feel, “Well I’ve got to put that person in his place.” Perhaps there are occasions when one may need to do something directly, but how much can be achieved in the atmosphere of love! You don’t need to tell anyone how to behave or what to do, because you don’t know. You are in the process of finding out how you should behave and what you should do—that’s all that’s necessary. And if what finds expression through you is what it should be, that is a very effective influence with respect to other people. You don’t have to whip anyone into line—into what line?

Love one another. That has very practical meaning. We find that out when we do it, when that is our natural expression, spiritual expression—the spirit of blessing, the spirit of the single eye, the spirit of the new earth. Is that your spirit in each circumstance with respect to each person? This isn’t a sort of schedule that you get set up, so the same thing comes out of you for everybody: you deem this to be the spirit of blessing and the spirit of the single eye and the spirit of new earth. No. It is said of Solomon that he was wise. He evidently had a sense of the fitness of things, which is natural to one who has an understanding heart. One begins to discern, to perceive what is necessary without judgment, because here is something coming down from God out of heaven into the situation. You are responsible for putting it there. You are not responsible for trying to manipulate the situation to suit some idea you may have in mind. Get it out of your mind. Let your eye be single and your whole body is full of light—no shadows.

Shadows in the physical form of course relate to what human beings call illness or disease, troubles of various sorts physically speaking. Where there is a single eye one necessarily handles one’s physical form as it should be handled. You don’t let it handle you. A lot of people do. Physical form gets upset and that determines the individual's expression, the type of spirit that is going to be expressed, very often. Our behavior is not rightly determined by the way we feel, either physically or because of some emotional upset or some mental problem. We don’t need to define it as a problem, in which case it would be less troublesome at least. We have all these things that we have been accustomed to, and most people are desirous of living the way to which they are accustomed. The way people are accustomed to living—or to dying, would be a more accurate statement—is the way they behave because of their physical, mental and emotional states. These have ruled, telling everyone how to behave; “Not feeling so good today; you can’t expect me to be nice. I am going to be venomous today because something is troubling me.” That’s self-centeredness, isn’t it? I don’t suppose there is anyone sitting here now who is not aware of troublesome things at times. That is part of our business—we are supposed to be living on earth for the purpose of bringing heaven on earth and not of emphasizing the eruptions of hell. So we have our affairs, individually speaking.

And now we let the fire fall from heaven deliberately, consistently, steadily, because we are stable in the matter; and what needs to happen happens. We don’t really know what needs to happen. There is a movement toward an increasing change in the state of human affairs, in the state of human hearts. Out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks. There are these changes coming all the time, but we can only live in the present and let what needs to happen in the present happen. What happens in the next moment is, in that sense, coming out of the future, but it happens in the moment, then it’s in the past. You can’t stop it. It’s a very wonderful, flowing movement, isn’t it? Lots of people try to stop what is moving in its tracks, particularly if there’s something they like; something they don’t like, they want to hurry it along a bit. But the flow is even. The trouble is, we are sometimes not, and we get out of sync then with the natural flow. We are quite content to let it be what it is.

The Master said something about this with respect to the true state of man on earth, where the troubles are dissolved, the veil is dissolved, everything is realized in experience as being One. That isn’t the experience now, so evidently there is creative movement leading toward that experience increasingly. We know that because we have the increasing experience ourselves. But the day and the hour is not known to anyone when this fulfilment should be. It is not even known to the incarnate angels in heaven. There is no necessity to know. After all, you could only deal with the present moment. In the larger sense it is known, in the sense that all that is present has to be brought back into a state of coordination. We are speaking about human beings here—the rest of the cosmos is quite all right—human beings being brought back into line. Of course nobody can tell, because nobody knows what it is that is required, when and how and where. All these bright ideas that people have had, ourselves included, as to what should happen now, are just so much nonsense; they don’t mean a thing. Let’s find out what is happening—certainly not what we think ought to happen but what is actually happening—and stay with it so that we are always in place and there is consequently the flow of this creative process present on earth because we are present on earth.

This relates to your very special, individual fields of responsibility. It relates to mine too but in a somewhat different way, because my concerns have been somewhat unique, one might say. It hasn’t been quite the same for anyone else during the time that I have had this responsibility. But the Body is taking form. There are individuals who are in position to accept responsibility for that flow, not trying to figure it out, not trying to make it into anything, but just letting it be and being aware of what it is in the moment. It has nothing to do with all the airy-fairy, fancy ideas that people have had about this and that—all kinds of things developed in human consciousness over the ages that are available to people; and they take advantage of that availability to fill themselves up with a lot of gook. Let it go, so that there is room for the creative cycle to move. One is quite happy to be ignorant and to admit: “I had a lot of stuff in my consciousness before, that I thought was useful, but I am finding out that it isn’t.” There is utterly no value whatsoever because there is need for space for the creative process. And we are here to give that space.

This relates to an attitude principally, because obviously there are those things which are useful. Our knowledge of the English language we have indicated is a useful tool, and we are not going to forget that, just yet anyway. There may come a time, mind you. And there are other things we know. In any case we are here to let things work in the creative way, and there is joy and relaxation in doing it. We don’t have to find times to relax—we learn how to relax and live because the process of living includes relaxation. Human beings try to live at high intensity, as they think of it, and they burn themselves out; but to let oneself be aligned with the creative process allows the creative process to do the work. We delight in the evidence of the work being done, and it gives a good feeling of fulfilment when we learn to let it happen. But we don’t know anything about that until we learn to let it happen. Perhaps you know something about it because you have learned to let it happen.

Life isn’t such a stressful occupation, after all. The fire falls from heaven. It is an easy process. The yoke is easy, the burden light. This is what we are all here for, but you in a particular way and a particular sense—and me in a particular way and a particular sense too, but yours is special. And it doesn't need me at all to do your job.

And it doesn’t need me at all to do your job

As We Near The Climax Of The History Of Man's World

As  We  Near  The  Climax

Of  The  History  Of  Man's  World

a condensed excerpt

Uranda  November 16, 1938

In the consideration of the problems of the world in relationship to God and to the Cosmic Plan, it is necessary that the approach be with clear vision, beholding all in perspective; with true Spiritual Understanding based in the Eternal Love of God, and of the Christ Love in true recognition of the Brotherhood of Mankind; with a willingness to face the facts as they are, with no emotionalism—for emotionalism has clouded issues, and distorted man's concepts throughout the greater portion of the period of recorded history. I take no sides in any matter. I am for the Truth, without respect to race or creed. As a whole, the world needs re-direction. Those who read my Word with an Eye to the Word within the word, willing to understand in Spirit and in Truth, will recognize the Open Way, and they will hear my Voice, even as they have heard my Voice in all generations. To all who shall inquire as to my authority, my answer is, “I AM THAT I AM hath sent me.”

Since the days of Abraham I have dwelt much with the Children of Israel, and the righteous have given heed to my Word which I have spoken through the centuries by commandment of the LORD OUR GOD. Since the days of the Garden of Eden I have dwelt at appointed times in all nations and with all peoples. There is no land on earth that has not heard my spoken Word, and there is no people on earth but what has been changed at the sound of my Voice. I am ageless, without beginning and without end. Those who harken unto me, find the Open Way before them, that they may know God, even as God knows them. Those who scoff at my Voice and at my Word, find that the Bottomless Pit is opened unto them, and they go into oblivion. In the Motherland my Voice called in all Love to the peoples of the earth, but the masses of mankind harkened not, but scoffed at my Word, and so it was that they perished in the Fire which engulfed the Garden of Eden. Before the flood was, I was sent of God to warn the peoples of the earth, but again they scoffed, and all of the then known peoples, save Noah and the members of his Tribe who obeyed my Word, were engulfed in the destroying waters. I was sent unto the Egyptians of old, bearing the Word of the LORD, but they harkened not, and in their rebellion they perished as a nation. Out of their failure a New Issue was born in the earth, and under my hand the Children of Israel became a great nation, though I had first made a great nation out of Egypt.

At this time of world crisis I am come unto you with the Word of the LORD. Any of the Children of Israel is a true Child of God, regardless of race or blood, only to the degree that he is true to the Spiritual Calling by which he is supposed to bring Love, and Peace, and a Realization of the Fatherhood of God, and the Brotherhood of Man, into the world. Any man or woman, regardless of race or color is one of the Children of Israel to the degree that he or she functions in harmony with the Cosmic Plan. I offer the Open Way to all peoples of every race—for we have no need to fight against any. Your first responsibility is to the Brotherhood of Mankind, and it is only in properly fulfilling that responsibility that you can be of True Service. As you Respond to your Lord within yourself you will be assured that it is the only Real Way. You may begin to be a true Leader by letting your own reactions be of Reality, that your Radiation of Realization into the world consciousness may begin to pull the Responding Ones into the Central Way. Meanwhile, there will be suffering by many, but if you refrain from taking advantage of this opportunity, they will suffer anyway, and you will have done nothing worthwhile. Therefore, function as One in the Brotherhood of Mankind, and refuse to withdraw into a shell of fear and hate.

Now I would unfold for you, to a small degree, a great Truth which the world's wise men have failed to see—and as they have ignored it, all their efforts are in vain. The world which man has made has brought forth after its kind by reason of the Creative Power granted unto man, which man has used in self-activity. The child of the world which man has made, and in which all the highest and lowest of man's expression is focalized, betrayed the trust God gave unto them, they became, in their self-activity, a man-made world within a man-made world—with the smaller of the two being the symbol of the greater. Israel was supposed to be a people through whom a God-made world might be released within the man-made world, that the God-made world might expand and fill the whole earth, transforming the man-made world through the Fire of Love—which Fire was symbolized by the Altar Fires of the Temple.

Within the worldly hell which man had made for himself, the Israelites were lifted up by God, under the hand of Moses, that through them all peoples of the earth might likewise be lifted up. However, instead of serving, they began to look with contempt on those whom they were supposed to bless. Therefore, the greater portion of Israel was dispersed, and caused to lose its consciousness of the estate to which it had been lifted, while the lesser portion, wherein there was the greater pride, was granted its desire to be separate from the world, and so did they fall from its high estate into a hell of its own making, thereby establishing a hell within a hell, even a man-made world within a man-made world. Thereby was man's first fall re-enacted within the scope of man's own awareness, that man might have historical knowledge of it, so that he might learn his lesson in due season, in that he refused to learn it in the Easy Way which God had made possible to him. As we near the climax of the history of man's world, it is natural that a number of conditions should come forth as evidence of man's misuse of the great opportunities granted unto him. Truly, all the Earnest Ones of all nations, and tongues and peoples are the Children of Israel, according to their response to the Most High.

Another result to be seen, is that of the soulless, misshapen monster, which has been formed in the hell within a hell, and which has been fed upon lusts of every kind: upon fear, upon hate, upon greed, and upon desire for power, so that this monster is now being released by its creators, and caused to come forth into the outer hell, that it may swallow up the world which man has made, and that through it, according to their plan, its creators may rule the whole earth. Nevertheless, though it may seem to gain the victory, and though it may strike terror to the hearts of those who begin to see it, so that they are, in turn, caused to do things most hideous in their attempts to fight against it, there is a Decree gone forth from the Most High, for thus saith the LORD God of Hosts:

This thing which man has made in his pride, and by which he thinks to set himself up in the high places of the earth, Behold, it shall return with vengeance upon those who made it, and it shall devour its creators from the face of the whole earth, and Lo, there shall be no rest for them Day nor Night until they shall all have perished; whereupon the monster shall die the death eternal, and My Kingdom shall fill the whole Earth. Behold I, the LORD Thy God, have spoken it by the mouth of My faithful Servant, that those who hear his Voice may not fear for those things which come to pass on the earth, but that all who will may abide in My Love and in My Peace. Repent, therefore, and come out of her, My People, that ye be not partakers of her sins. Come unto Me, and I will give you Rest.

In the world, without respect to nation, race or creed, there are two primary Groups, and each has a Destiny—not a destiny of fate but a destiny by choice. Every man, woman and child upon the face of the earth will harmonize with one group or the other, according to the free right of choice vested in each one. One Group will cling to the man-made world, and struggle to maintain hell on earth, and sacrifice to the foul gods of the volcano which erupts the corruptions of hell. The other Group, whose Destiny by choice is that of the Eternal Kingdom, shall be to the world in this day, that which the Children of Israel could have been in the days of old. All who Respond to Reality, and let go in Love, shall surely be uplifted into this Group of Earnest Ones, whose Destiny is controlled by God through the Third Sacred School.

In the Third Sacred School there is an understanding of the Way. No matter how wise the children of men may be, we are wiser still. No matter how cunning the works of man may be, and no matter how destructive, we will not fight against them, but we will use them in accomplishing the Will of God. No matter how much man may try to fight against us, we cannot be hurt nor disturbed, for man can find nothing to take hold of, and his every effort against us will but be turned upon his own head, and he shall destroy himself. Only those who Respond in Love will be able to see the Open Way. As far as we are concerned, there are only two Groups in the world, and these Groups I have already outlined to you. Each must make his own choice. Shortly there will be no half-way place. Rapidly it is reaching a point where you either are, or you are not, on the side of God. No ifs or buts of any kind have any weight—you can have no reservations when you come to find the Open Way. Those who come with reservations will find that their reservations await them and will carry them away into the hells which man has made. The time draws near when Great Works shall be made manifest in the earth. [greatcosmicstory.blogspot.com/2021/02/the-temple-of-light-is-here.html]

From within the Temple of Light, where sinful man cannot come no matter how he may try, we use all the forces which man generates in the world according to our will, which is the Will of God working through us. The great forces by which man has thought to gain his own ends, and which he has so painstakingly built with great struggle, we now take and use, and man is helpless to prevent it, no matter who, nor where, nor what he may be, nor of what world group he may be a part. Since this is true, we have nothing to fear from the world. We will receive those who receive us, but we will depart from those who receive us not, and we shall shake the dust from our feet as we go, withdrawing our peace from them, that they may quickly reap that which they have sown. No matter how lowly, or how sinful, or how limited, or how insignificant, any may be, if he will but Respond in Love we will gladly Serve him where he is, and if he shall be steadfast we shall lift him up in the Ascending Flame. However, we shall ignore these who respond not, and though they suffer the tortures of the hell which they created, we will be unmoved until they shall Respond to us. In no case will we respond to them.

Those who come within the Third Sacred School will learn what it is to obey in Love and in Joy. Those who refuse to obey, or who are not truthful in word and in deed, and who turn away in thought and in attitude, shall be quickly released, that they may go the way of their choice, and we will not cling to them, but let them go. Our Power is greater than all the power of all nations on earth, and the wealth of those who think they are rich is as nothing before us. Those who prove to be worthy, and those who are of a Pure Heart, shall know of the Way and of the Program of God, but the Way and the Program are fully hidden from all others, and they cannot be found out by the children of men.

Thrice blessed are they who come out of these two worlds, that they may dwell in the World which God has made, and which is now in the earth. Insofar as the Third Sacred School is concerned all are the children of men who need to become the Children of God. He who fights against any race or nation, fights against himself—and by his own fighting shall he be destroyed. He who hates any man, or any ruler, or any race, thereby hates himself, and hate shall devour him. He who lets the Christ Love Radiate to all alike, responding to no man, but Responding to the LORD of Lords and KING of Kings, so that he functions truly in the Third Sacred School, shall find that Love shall devour him, and he shall be lifted up into Oneness with his Lord.

There is only One Way for all mankind, no matter of what race, and all must be willing to accept that Way or he shall surely be a partaker of the doom of the world. The fires of one hell are burning into the fires of the other hell, and each shall consume the other until neither shall be any more at all forever and ever. Rejoice in the LORD that it is so. In this every Earnest One of every race finds a Call to Service, that through Response he may function in the Creative Cycle by which the world movements may be stabilized, and caused to swing toward that Perfect State which is the Will of God for all people. In the Radiance of the Christ Love all Needs of all peoples will be filled, first with the vibrations of Perfection, that around the vibrations a new and Perfect Form may manifest and function. Those who Respond to Love will be used by God in performing His Wonders in the earth, but those who respond to hate and fear shall surely destroy themselves. Let Love Radiate, to all alike, that each may receive according to his or her Response. Let Love Radiate.
